Facility and equipment was clean and in great condition. They lost a star due archaic paying systen. COINS! They still use coins. Yes, there is an ATM where you may withdrawal money, then next to ATM is the change machine that only gives exchanges coins for $1, $5 and $10 bills. So, after withdrawaling $20 bills walk yourself to the attendant's booth and ask for smaller bills for changer machine all while dragging your laundry around. Yes, in college had laundry stolen when I wasn't looking. Anyway, I now only visit a laundromat to wash my sofa slip cover. I am new to area, from Santa Barbara, they have laundromats that have cards you can load with credit/money from your credit card so you can load as much as much or as little as you want and never worry about coins again and use the card credits for future visits.

$4.50 a load, did poor job! It was nice and clean and had a batman pinball machine but seriously weak quality and high price.

Never thought I could be so happy about using a laundromat but what great people that are running this place.

First time in years that I've been in a laundromat. We needed to wash and repack our clothes after six days in California before flying to Honolulu for six days there.
Like every business on the Monterey peninsula, this little business was clean and cheerful.

Customer service friendly, was given personal wifi info to do my homework while doing my laundry.

We were travelling down the coast and I had a load of washing to do for the family and had never used a laundromat before, the staff were amazingly helpful and really friendly. It was immaculately clean and loads of machines. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Clean and easy to use, with a polite and help attendant available for assistance. The other customers were polite and kept to themselves, which was nice.

This place is always clean, there is always an attendant who is actually helpful, the machines work. All in all, I’ve tried several places here and this is the one I come back to.

Heaps of trolleys and folding space. Great selection of laundry soap. Washers come in different sizes depending on how much laundry you have. I like a cold wash so was happy I could get that. Change machine gave accurate change. Plenty of parking. Probably the best laundromat I've been to in Central california.

This place is very conveniently located and has never let me down. The prices are fair and the service is wonderful. The machines are always clean and the staff are attentive when needed. I would Highly Recommend Randazzo's to anyone looking for another Laundry facility.

A OH. K! Believe me, i am very picky when it comes to fluff and fold’s with my clothes. This place has the best service i could find for a cheap price. (not like the other guys in town that did a horrible job with my clothes) They do an amazing job washing and folding VERY neatly, their staff is so kind and friendly i would give them 10 STARS! If i could. Well this is one of few reviews i do i just love the service specially being from out of town.

The big washers are $4.00, dryers are $0.25 for 6min, then 7min. The staff pretty much leaves you alone and you just do your thing. However, I will say if you get there too close to closing they will begin to clean the machines regardless of what may be in there, they are ready to lock the door and leave at 9.

Cheapest I can find around. Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Sweet Elvis pinball machine. What more could you ask for? !

On vacation needed to do some laundry. Wash and Dry was close to our hotel and the friendly staff helped sort out how to operate the unfamiliar (to me) machines. The place itself is kept clean, now my clothes are too!
