Taylor at Randstad is Bias she’ll have you come and judge you. Will not answer your calls even lie like the position she had you waste your time to come in thinking your going to start had supposedly been filled. Wouldn’t recommend trusting no one like that for help. I hope this post gets to her or her higher up and something changes.

Moved to the city needed a job on short notice, walked in and signed up with the agency went on with my day next thing I know my recruiter calls 2 days later with a job. Turns out a spot opened up and she recalled my situation and offered me the position. The staff is nice, attentive, and are looking to put you to work. They operate like a professional sport team, constant communication between agents, the head of the office is present and keeping things moving.

I had a interview today at 1pm i still haven’t gotten a call by a randstad representive i try calling them no answer ima just move on now this temp agency is a joke

Once they found out i was a african american male and did some back ground check on me for no valid reason. They said i had three no shows which wasn’t true. Its like they was trying to come up with anything they could think of just to not have me working with them. Very prejudice.
