Even though it's only been 3 weeks. I'm so grateful for Vanessa with Randstad. The job I was placed at is the perfect fit for me. The environment is wonderful. If anyone is looking for a job, Randstad is your place to start!

After working for a company for a few weeks, I got let go. I got let go because I didn't notify the temp agency with ample time. My kids were sick and could not attend school for 3 days. And they are too young to be home alone, and no one to help me watch them. I notified my boss through the company. With texts to prove this.
Then after, when I filed for unemployment for wrongful termination, they denied it. I am still waiting for my hearing. Had this been during covid, they wouldn't have let me go.

It was my first time reaching out to a staffing agency and Randstad provided me with a very professional and understanding experience. Nichole was very insightful and charismatic about my possible future careers and now I'm striving here at my new job, to sum it up it was a great experience and I encourage others to contact them for their services, 5 star from me

This staffing agency is one of the worst places to walk-in too based on there employees that work there.

If your unemployed looking for work this is the temp agency to check out. Nichole pompa from the Visalia office got me a job in less than a week. She don't mind you calling her to check if there's any job postions open. She found the perfect fit for me and thanks too here now im hired on and im making good money with a great company that provides you with benefits.

The worst staffing agency I've worked with I had an interview and cant get a follow up.ever! Everyone is always in "meetings" wast of time! I have other staffing agencies rech out to me to interview for the same job. I Connot stand the lack of communication. I will just get the same job through another agency.snooz you loose!

I have been trying to get ahold of the Visalia office for the last week and have called 4 times and left voicemails to receive no response. I have great experience in accounting and a certification in Data Analysis. Very disappointing and I hope to gain a wonderful opportunity at a better staffing agency. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Nicole pompa was probably the sweetest person that had ever helped me at Randstand. Does her job extremely well got a job quick and a good one as well. Very grateful and glad she works there.

Needed help finding a full time job so I went down Ranstad and spoke with Sandra and Nicole. Not only are they both great they're understanding and caring got me on board and found me a full time job fast. I really enjoy it as well.

It is the worst employment agency. I worked with this agency three years ago and until now I realized that they put me in the system that they will never give me work again just because, according to the agency employee, said that I should have notify the staffing when missed work. This agency that does not respect the lives of others and that they think that one is a slave to them and that they cannot miss a day.to vary, they don't give me a job in any randstad agency because the agency employees put you in the system that they never, ever give you a job. Three years have passed, why the hell do they still have me in their system?
