Until today I really loved this place. Today I went in looking for a plumbing part. The woman who helped me initially realized it wasn't her department and called for help from someone who knew the department. Five minutes later someone showed up and helped another customer who had just gotten there. No one came to help me. When I walked over and told the employee that I was the one who called for help they said they'd help me when they were done with this customer. When they finished with that customer they walked away as I was asking if they were going to help me. They walked into an employee's only door and slammed it. I am handicapped walking with a walker and was totally ignored.
I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Super nice and friendly staff. Most items you need for your projects. Postal Annex in the back of the store is convenient, too.
