Bad service, I bought my ticket and they didn't reserve my place. We are two people sitting in the aisle.

The bus service is More or less I suggest that they should give numbered seats especially in the run from Tijuana to the USA.

VERY friendly AND THEY ARE attentive to the passengers, asking them at EVERY place they arrive, who is going to get off because some people are sleeping well

This bus service is the worst I have ever had, they arrived an hour and a half late, they don't even deserve a star, I don't recommend it.
