Very good customer service. All my needs done quick and professionally. I’m a repeat customer and tell all my friends about them.

I really like this place. Doesn't feel like I'm being scammed with them or over charged. When you go they right away look up your phone and see if they have the part in house or they have to order it and how much the part is. Been there like 6 or 7 times for phones cause my son keeps breaking them. And they give you the option to get the name brand part or not cause name brand parts are more. At least that's what they did with me for one phone and I didnt get name brand so I saved money. So they're very helpful and friendly.

82$ just to fix my iPhone screen that’s outrageous. Just one year ago it was 25$ y’all should not go hear to fix your phones. It’s way cheaper to go to the mall and get it fixed.

Took in my sons Nintendo Switch and discovered that RASelectronics is hands down the best electronics repair shop I’ve ever been to! Very professional and upfront from the first call! They kept me updated throughout the day and made sure I understood the repairs before doing the work and charging me later! Very kind, professional, and respectful. I will definitely take all of our electronics to RAS for future repairs! Thanks guys!

RASelectronis has been my go to for a few years now for cracked screens & battery replacements for iPhones & iPad. If they don’t have it on stock, they will get it by the following day. We recently took our iPad in for battery replacement, left it, then picked it up the same day. Very professional, efficient, & friendly. I won’t go anywhere else.

My first experience with them required me to bring my unit back due to minor glitch not their fault. They performed the fix and it has resolved the issue. I have brought them another problem to solve e and expect the same good result.

New Local business I was willing to support. Brought them a working surface pro for a battery replacement. After almost 3 months they gave me back a non working surface pro. Little to no communication over the whole process. The only time I would get updates is when I called. When I did call or go in they always had to call someone else to get any answers. When they finally decided they could not fix it is they only time they called me. They then recommended me to a place in Florida. Would not use again.

All of these things you're saying you're done have never been communicated to me till this review. The only thing ever communicated to me was you had to send out for a battery.
It is true that it was brought to you with a bloated battery yet I was assured by the technician who checked it in that this was something you could fix. In the end I brought in a working computer and left with a broken computer. Had the process and everything been communicated me during the entire time maybe my experience would have been different. You set expectations you did not live up to them, until the end of the process never was I contacted by someone at your shop to tell me what was going on I had to call in each time this is not customer service.

Went in for a phone screen, came out with a phone screen and better performing phone. Turns out they have a contract with Amazon for my particular phone as Amazonians use them in to scan boxes and such. Super reasonable and they game me a new screen protector glass. Great customer service, knowledge and friendly. I'd def send anybody looking to get their phone fixed here
