What I thought was going to have to be a complete transmission replacement turned out to be a minor error on my end. They have done several jobs for us. On our Toyota and Chrysler. They also even helped be trouble shoot some issues I was having with my pressure washing / soft washing system. Would highly recommend.

Unreliable. My partner had set up for him to stop by for my car repair 30 mins before appointment he flaked. Said he caught up doing something else. He should have communicated that to me hours before so I wouldn’t have waited for him. I need my car fixed asap. Now I need to find someone else who can come in short notice. Very frustrating. He charges $150. Btw.

The other day, I was sitting in the parking lot over by Fitness 19. When my car wouldn't start. I looked over and saw the ratchets n' wrenches trailer, and these guys saved the day, and I was able to make it to work. Love this business! I called last night after I was having problems with my brake system on my Mustang & Danny was able to send a mechanic to me the following morning. The diagnosis was straight-forward; I was told what parts I needed & went to go buy them & paid for the labor. The service & communication is a 10/10, they had me all fixed up before my work shift. I’d definitely recommend!

I had Danny work on my 2014 Jeep wrangler that was giving me issues with over heating. I had different mechanics all tell me different things. I spent about 1k and the issue was never fixed. Danny took a look at my car and knew exactly what the issue was. Fixed it once and never had to look back again. Professional, fast, and efficient service.

Not being able to take the 2006 Acura RSX in due to health reasons I decided to try a mobile mechanic. Ratchets and Wrenches was a great choice. The mechanic showed up on time and performed a vehicle tuneup that included new spark plugs and removing and cleaning the idle control valve. He definitely knew what he was doing and finished the work in about 2 hours. Highly recommend this company to do a professional job. Pricing far better than the dealership

Danny did some work on my BMW F10, I had oil leaks everywhere and he managed to not only find them but fix all of them. His experience shows in his diagnostics, and his customer service is above par. You just know you’re dealing with an honest dude. I 100000% recommend him, nothing more

The window regulator on my window failed and after looking into the fix online I was worried. People were saying it would be expensive to fix and take a while. I found Ratchets N Wrenches and contacted them. I was quoted a very reasonable price and he said he could come the same day! Danny came out in 100 degree heat and fixed my window in an hour and a half! And he was early! I appreciate it so much, he did a great job and even cleaned the gross tape residue of the window from where I had taped it up! Thank you Danny, I'll definitely keep you in mind for future repairs. I absolutely recommend this business!

The air conditioner in my car stopped working 2 days ago. Being new to California (I’m from Connecticut), I don’t know any mechanic. I called several companies who informed me that they need to put me on schedule (nothing immediately available) or that I need to leave my car at their shop and they will call me when the a/c is fixed. I found Ratchets N Wrenches. Danny understood my dilemma. Having to drop my daughter to school and pick her up at over 100 degrees weather with a broken a/c is almost unbearable. Ratchets N Wrenches was about to close when I called, but Danny said he would come to my house and see what he can do. Danny knew exactly what was wrong with the a/c. I am a female and I don’t know anything about cars. Danny could easily have stalled and taken a long time to stretch his work time. But he completed the job in 45 minutes. I think he deserved more than the price he quoted so I added 12% to his bill plus gave him a bottle of cold water.

Been going to Danny for years now and haven't gone to an auto shop since. He's upfront, honest and explains what's needed and what's needed in the future. His guys are always on time, friendly and efficient. Can't go wrong with Ratchets N Wrenches.

If I could give more stars, I would. We had a small radiator emergency (that we were hoping would not become a bigger problem), and we were put on the schedule asap, and got a prompt response for a window where they'd be there. Excellent and knowledgeable service. Prompt response, great value, convenience, and we will use their services again. HIGHLY recommend!
