Staff is friendly, facility is clean and organized.
However, I do think it is overpriced for the quality of the treatment you are getting. The treatment was not up to par.
I did a facial and left with a bunch of residual masks on my face and in my hair. I spent 10 minutes after the appointment trying to clean it off but it was impossible because how sticky it was and how much it was getting into my hair.

I have been getting facials at Raya's for 19 years and highly recommend. My skin improved dramatically after 3 visits due to the regular facials, and using their products. Thank You Lilli

Been coming here for over a year, and it's one of the cleanest and most efficient day spas in the city. Suzanne is very experienced, super kind, and provides superb customer service. She is the reason I keep coming back!

A little self-care never hurts anyone!

My first time here was just last month, 01/26, for a facial treatment with Victoria. I got an excellent recommendation about her from a close friend. I've never had a professional facial before and wanted something to help my dry skin and treat myself.

I wasn't interested in extraction, so we went with the 24 Karat Gold Mask (price: $100). It includes cleansing, exfoliation with ultrasound, massage, oxygen treatment, and the gold mask. It felt great! Victoria was knowledgeable about the products she was using and made sure to answer any questions I had about the procedure.

Today I tried their waxing services and paid $47 for a bikini wax with Natasha. The waxing room is small and quiet. I was out the door in about 25 minutes:)

Make sure you call them and make an appointment because if you walk in without one, they may be booked for the entire day. Their location is excellent, and they also get a lot of business because they offer many different types of services.
Parking- I parked near the meter on the street, but they offer one hour of validated parking on 8500 Melrose Blvd (enter on La Cienega Blvd).

Overall My experience here was excellent, and I'll be back again for a facial with Victoria:)

Incredible experience at Raya spa always. My mom has been coming here since the 90s. Extremely clean, professional, comfortable environment. I was struggling with horrible breakouts on my face and nothing was working to get it to go away. I booked a facial with Carmela and she helped me figure out which treatments I needed and worked with me to customize a skincare routine for my skin type and problems. After just one session, I saw the biggest improvement in my skin. Carmela was my saving grace; so kind, professional, gentle, and knowledgeable, a true expert. If there is one spa in Los Angeles that I would recommend to anyone, it's Raya. Additionally, their products are amazing.

When I say that Raya is life changing, I’m not exaggerating. Raya is, without a doubt, the best spa I've ever been to. I’ve been to several dermatologists as well as plenty of high end, well-known spas, but my skin has never been better than since I started coming to Raya. And Natasha is the only one I trust with my skin!

Natasha’s facials are incredible. Not only are they so relaxing (Raya’s environment and their rooms are perfectly set up so that you lose track of time and fully relax), but they’re also so effective. She knows exactly which masks and treatments to use on my skin, she’s consistent, and she also frequently checks in to make sure I’m doing okay and don’t need a break during extractions. And not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s a total sweetheart. Truly the kindest professional out there. I go every couple months, I always request Natasha, and my skin has never been better.

I also only use Raya skincare products nowadays. After just one session with her, Natasha knew what to recommend, and immediately put me on a cleanser, some serums, and some masks. It took a few more sessions and she added little things to my routine as she got to know me better, but I now have the perfect skincare routine and I couldn't be happier. (Believe me, I've tried every skincare product out there, all of the most expensive and popular products, but for me, Raya products are hands down the best.)

I get compliments on my skin all the time now, people always telling me that my skin looks so healthy and glowy. And every time, I happily tell them that it’s all Natasha and the Raya products. I truly cannot recommend Raya enough!
