1 year ago today I had surgery with Dr. Raven. I went from being unable to sleep to 90% improvement. I am so pleased with his skills as a surgeon & a doctor.
I've been seeing him as needed for 8 years for arthritis treatment. I need my hands to work so to have him is a huge help.
Only negative is he is so busy that it is hard to talk to him. He's always on the run. It takes effort to get him to answer questions. But I wouldn't trust my hands to anyone else.

I am very grateful for being referred to Dr. Raven when I broke my metacarpal bone in my right hand, which required immediate surgery with a metal plate and pins. He is an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend him.

I was very distraught over this and Dr. Raven was very reassuring, comforted me throughout, and celebrated my progress. My experience of him is professional, highly skilled, great patient manner, cares about his patients and quality of his work.

Dr. Raven diligently oversaw my care, giving me enough follow ups in which he would x-ray my hand, go over my progress, discuss my PT recommendations and progress. Not once did he add extra charges for my post care and his team worked with me when paying for the surgery. I

I had surgery at the end of September and by mid October began PT. By end of February I was released from PT and had my last follow up. To this day I periodically have received follow up surveys to see how my hand is doing. Not only do they send the survey, but they have called and text to make sure I filled it out. As a matter of fact I just filled one out today that was sent to me. I really appreciate how months after I have healed, Dr. Raven has continued to check on the level of my healing to make sure that I haven’t had any complications.

The staff and surgery center have also been great and deserve credit for also bring attentive, helpful, patient, and caring. 100% the experience you want to have when dealing with an injury.

Doctor Raven performed surgery on my shattered wrist after another surgeon had operated and did not align my bones correctly. I was in pain when I saw him and when I went to surgery he spent 4 hours reconstructing my wrist bones. He is a great surgeon and is very caring.

I have seen Dr. Raven for several injuries and he has been excellent every time. He is very knowledgeable, always gives great treatment plans while being concerned for his patients. As a PT, I have also seen many of his surgeries and they are very successful as well.

I needed to know if the reason 2 of my fingers were sore was arthritis, which he told me it was and he gave me suggestions to make them feel better.

The whole office was professional and well informed. Dr. Raven was kind and gentle. I was able to get the results I came in for.

Dr. Raven and the whole OSS office staff are great. I was having joint pain in my hands and he did multiple tests and x-rays to give me a clear diagnosis and action plan for healing - all within my first visit. Physical therapy was done at OSS office across the street which was very convenient (and that office is run very well too). Overall happy with my care and I’ve recommended Dr. Raven to a couple friends.

I only wish I had gone to see Dr. Raven sooner! He is very thorough, has a wonderful staff and my surgery was a success. I'm now pain free. Thank you Dr. Raven!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Raven always takes the time needed to make sure that you understand pros and cons of any procedure. Great experience. Will go back if the need arises.

Dr Raven was recommended to me by a coworker. I found the office to be very efficient and it was a comfortable experience. I recommend them.

First time seeing an orthopedic so had no idea what to expect. But Dr. Raven and his staff were wonderful on both visits. They were busy but timely, and Dr. Raven was patient and addressed all my questions and explained both the procedure for that visit as well as the process in the future if the cortisone shots didn’t resolve the issue. I’m pain free a year later but I know I’ll be in good hands if I need to see Dr. Raven in the future.

Dr. Raven repaired an entrapped tendon on my right hand. (Trigger finger release surgery after two attempts to relieve the entrapment via cortisone injections.) The pre and post care in the office were excellent. The officer is well staffed, well organized and very friendly. My care was top notch and the small incision on my right hand is almost impossible to detect. Dr. Raven is a great surgeon. I do not hesitate to recommend him!
