The process for removal and installation was a breeze. I choose to have a separate installation day so I had time to paint. Choosing new flooring for your home can be a overwhelming exercise, but the staff at Ray's Carpet were especially knowledgeable and kind to work with. From the showroom to the installation was a real experience for us, but the entire staff was understanding of our inexperience and concern. Dave and Courtney in the showroom were so helpful and patient. Sam and Andrew who installed our wood laminate in the laundry room, kitchen and dining room and vinyl in our bathrooms did a beautiful job. They know their trade that's for sure. Tony and Louis installed our carpet and moved our heavy furniture and completed the installation in a timely manner. I ordered high end carpet. They measured accurately. Carpet came In. They promptly sent a crew of 4 guys who installed about 2200 sq ft of carpet. The job was done to perfection.
