Kept my watch for over a week, he still couldn’t even give me a quote just to fix the glass. Called him he never returned my calls. Went to pick my watch up at 2: 45pm in the afternoon, found a sign on the door that said “will be back at 3: 00pm” he pulled up at a cool 3: 20pm lol picked up my watch and left.

We had another lovely and delicious meal last evening! The service was great, as always! This is a favorite place for dinner!

Looking at the white gold necklace my grandma bought me that broke and i had "fixed" at rays jewlers crying because he soldered it so poorly its ruined. I could have "fixed" it myself if i wanted it to turn out that bad.

Ray had my expensive watch for months promising to contact me when finished. Well, that never happened. As stated in other reviews he will not answer his phone or emails. He does not show up to work untill after 1200pm. After having my watch from October until January, now the watch does not run at all. Do not do business with this man. When I finally get my watch back from another shop in working order, I intend to take him to small claims court to recover the cost. I suggest you do the same if you had a similar experience.

Ray stole my mother's diamond and over $1,000. He was to make a necklace, but I never received a necklace and he refused to return my diamond and money. He is a thief and a crook. He will not answer his phone or emails. Do not trust Ray Soto, owner of Rays Jewelers. He took everything from me. I have heard from others what a poor businessman he is. Wish I knew this before I got ripped off.

My dad has been going to Ray's for as long as I can remember. He pass last year, so I got his watch and guess what happened of coarse stopped working and I needed a new band.
My dad's watch is a special watch that needed special care that's why he can depend on Ray's watch repair to take care of his watch. After going there to get my dad's watch fixed. Totally understand why he kept going back to Ray's because of the nice people, environment, and just the care they give the customers. You are not a number.
