3The worst experience my doctor sent over my referral 3 times they still can’t nagar to figure it out
Having complications from Spinal surgery and needed urgent evaluation by a Urologist. Both my primary care DR and UCSF sent urgent requests to this doctor and his office staff said he said schedule me the next month. Why is this person even a physician? I would avoid this practice like your health depended on it. God forbid it does.
Worst doctor's office I have ever been to. I had an appt, called 4 times leaving a voicemail twice, and speaking to a person on the phone, whom hung up on me when I was placed on hold, not once, but twice! No documentation was taken that the appt was canceled and I was flagged for No Call No Show. I ended up paying the fee so I wasn't turned over to collections over it causing more problems for myself. The lady took my credit information, didn't even identify herself, offer a receipt, nothing. When I told them about calling they would ask who I spoke with, claimed they checked the voicemail daily, but somehow no documentation. I have a voicemail from them and the person said "Yeah" and there was conversation in the background that I could not understand before it was hung up. Guessing that is the extent of their conversations.
How the hell would I know who I spoke with if the office staff doesn't even identify themselves when answering the phone? !
DO NOT ever use this doctor, Dr Rasi won't even speak with you outside of an appointment.
The reviews for Dr. Rasi are so sadly accurate. His office staff is rude and unprofessional. Avoid them if you can. I'd give negative stars if that were possible.
