Called Justin on a Sunday afternoon. Walked out with a car that day. INCREDIBLE service. And everyone was very nice! Highly recommend if your looking for a car. Contact this team

Was able to recover my additional key for my chevy cruze that i was promised back in February. However the manager was not there for scheduled appointment and it involved about an hour and a half of back n forth with the sales people as to why they need to hold up to their word, and multiple phone calls to the higher up, then the higher higher up, which led to a salesperson driving MY PERSONAL car to a different location then where I had parked it without my knowledge or consent. When questioned as to why they moved my car they said it was standard procedure. TO MOVE MY PERSONAL VEHICLE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT? Apparently breaking the law is standard procedure around here. As is poor customer service.in the end i got my key (9 months late), also got a headache and a sour taste in my mouth from these "businessmen" WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Not good experience, left work early became i was told over the phone they could get me a car, I went to the dealership with the car I wanted already picked out, after 2 1/2hours of waiting they said I could only get the car by putting a high down payment and high monthly payments but for sure could get the car I wanted with this deal, I said I couldn't afford that deal and left, after thinking it over and being in a tight situation I returned to the dealership a few minutes later eager to make the deal, after waiting another 40 minutes I was told I couldn't get the car I wanted and they would have to find me a car with lower mileage (so its worth more to re sell if repossessed). It was late and they were closing but assured me they would contact me after getting a deal settled with the loan agency the next day, its been two days and I haven't heard anything from them. I highly recommend not wasting your time here and find a dealership that won't keep pulling you along and only willing to satisfy their needs without any concern to yours.

Service was good. I was seen immediately and I appreciated the texts ahead of time reminding me of my appointment. However, the shuttle service needs to be reworked. I waited over an hour and could've walked to work if I had known the wait would be so long.

Went last week to Honda and the workers all had terrible customer service. I even went to a couple other places and browsed online which was making me sad and stressed about the whole car buying hassle. Then, I went to Razzari Ford and Matt G.greeted me and my mother with amazing customer service by far. He was knowledgeable, and understanding of what I was looking for and was able to help me with all my questions. Not only that but he made the paper work time go by so fast! He was amazing! I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends! Thank you, Matt!

Great place! After shopping around we were able to find the perfect car for our family. Jason mad us feel welcomed. He also helped us through out the process with the help of other staff. Jason and the staff worked together as one.

Amazing customer service everyone is so nice, helpful and friendly so glad me and my husband chose Razzari Nissan for our car. Our sales person Brandon was amazing supper patient with us and gave us all the info we needed to make our decision will definetly recommend for everyone to go here, They make you feel just like Family:)

Service great bought car M300 the salesman walk through till the end
As well as the Finance Manager that help what can afford.on the budget. Less than one hour. Happy for service rendered

Put a down payment on a car and they were added money from canceling warranties from my trade in that unfortunately I bought from them. They didnt calculate it right so now 2 months down the road I have to pay the difference. I only agreed to pay 1500 down now another 597. Of you sign those papers really read that contract and question everything if it doesnt sound right.

I had some problems with communication in the beginning with the service department, but everything worked out okay.

I came into this dealership nervous to be car shopping for the first time, and feeling apprehensive about the entire buying process. Their sales staff are knowledgeable, kind and comforting. Especially Sam, he broke down the process and helped me understand each piece of the car buying process.

I left knowing that I had made an amazing choice and would have a solid car to last me years to come. Thank you Razzari for helping a first time buyer find the perfect car!

BRANDON REYES at Nissan was awesome! I walked in and he was so nice and was very helpful with my credit application! And we went out to the lot and I picked out the car of my dreams! He’s definitely the guy to go to at razzari merced over at Nissan!

My experience was overall awesome! Being greeted with smiles, very welcoming & best customer service ever. I recommend buying a car from Razzari & ask for Shawn Songu! He was a big help with showing me several vehicles & narrowing down to one that I fell in love with. I am driving my new 2018 Nissan Altima & loving it!
