RC Willey, Rocklin CA

My experience working with Jason in appliances was everything I could have asked for. I had originally gotten my washer, dryer and fridge from Lows but I decided to cancel my orders with them and purchase through RC Willey because of the level of service I received. Jason knew his product and asked good question which left me feeling far more confident in my purchases than I originally was when I was trying to purchase through Lows.

Good service. I did purchase a mattress however it was my third choice as others were out of stock and I needed one immediately.

I appreciate their 100 day return policy.

Friendly staff and good service. We checked prices and RC Wiley beat Lowe's, Costco, Best Buy and was the same as Home Depot on the product we were looking at. But at Home Depot we didn't get anyone to help us, so we went back to RC Wiley to purchase our washer and dryer.

RC Willey has a truly massive showroom for all types of household furnishings. We have made a couple large purchases there a few years ago, and when we returned last weekend to look for dining chairs, we were pleased again at their excellent floor service, wide range selection, and their sale prices. The staff were great about setting expectations about availability and delivery timing for each model and variation as you shop, and they were never overbearing. I genuinely look forward to returning to the store to buy more furniture when the time is right for us!

We have purchased several items from RC Willey in the last 5 years. Service is always excellent. This transaction was the purchase of patio furniture. We were buying an almost identical fire pit set to one we bought 5 years ago as the buyers of our previous home requsted it as part of the sale. We missed having it at our new home so purchased another.

My wife an I were looking for a a couch and love seat and have been searching for awhile. Mike Neal and his team were extremely helpful and professional and we found what we were looking for at a great price! Thank you Mike ant your team!

The store had good number of patio furniture for display and a few good deals (sale). Sales person was friendly and helpful.

I found set I was looking for.the only not so great was the "back order" that could be couple of months out.

I love shopping at RC Willey. I have purchased various pieces of furniture and appliances from them since 2013. Awesome lay-a-way plan too if needed. Good quality everywhere you look. Their products last and continue to look good over the years, so much so that I have given sets away and purchase what catches my eye next. Look for Don he’s the best.
