Staff is amazing and accommodating, coaches are flexible and compassionate. I have seen results and I am thankful.

The programs work! I lost 50+ in 7 months. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite is the transformation center, the trainers and, most of all, the community. I have met a bunch of new friends and a supportive, caring community that support each other every minute of every day. ️

It has been 2.5 years now since I started my weight loss journey and this facility has been there the whole time. When I plateaued the first couple months in, last year when I felt myself gaining the weight back and even now while I try to maintain the weight in my 40s. The staff is always nice and encouraging. If you are looking for a place to help you in whatever part of your weight loss journey you are at this is the place for you!

I visit the Hesperia office and everyone there is so kind and helpful! I love RCMC! They helped me reach my goal weight!

I love coming to this place. The staff is amazing the results are incredible. They have counselors that are there for you anytime you need anything or have any questions. The Facebook support group is a great place to be in lots of support from the members and staff. If you want results this is it. And not to mention how amazing you feel.

If you’re looking for a place that will help your weight loss you’re in the right place! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I started my journey with them last year and I went from 197 to 167 pounds! What I love about this program and medical center is that they give you as much information as they can so that you can loose weight effectively. They also provide you a counselor to check up on you and keep you motivated! I was so glad I had Sandra help me out throughout my journey. It was a lot of change in my diet but she was available to me at any time if I had any questions! This made me stay on track so much easier.she also helped me set up goals every week and we took it day by day. No judgement but just all pure motivation and enthusiasm! I really wish this place was known by anyone who struggle with weight loss. You will not regret trying it today!

First time I ever done something like this, impressive results the first month, from 259 Lbs to 232 Lbs. Best part is fitting into the stuff in my closet that I couldn't.
