Jon and his installers are the most rudest unprofessionals I have ever dealt with. They promised so much and never fell through. Were always late. Argued about everything we wanted. And did the most worst job I have ever seen. Even left without finishing the job (we've had to hire another company to finish). We had to supply the installers tools (which they tried to steal) drinks, our appliances for them to make lunch, we had to help take our carpet out (tho we paid them to), told us it was a liability to do the work that we paid for them to do, they laid floor on top of dust and said it wasn't there job to clean it up, we had to go to the hardwood store twice to buy them supplies, they broke items (outlets, baseboards, parts of our fireplace, hole in walls). The installers spend 10 hours of the 17 hours on the phone. Refused to wear mask even when I told them multiple times that I have health conditions. They sent me into tears on how rude they were. I can keep going but I think you have the hint that this was a horrible place to go and I hate my new floors!
