Terrible customer service and they tell you they delivered your order when they don't. Then they refuse to refund. I had to waste my time on chat and then trying to reach someone on the phone in order to cancel. They make it easy to sign up and next to impossible to cancel.

Drivers are always friendly & helpful. We’ve used them for a few years & have never had a bad experience.

I don't think this company has their act together. They repeatedly ignore delivery instructions to drop at the front door, and leave bottles in front of the garage - thus they don't see the empty bottles that need to be picked up. My husband even called them to discuss this - they assured him they had the delivery notes and that bottles would be collected at the next water delivery. Today the water was again dropped at the garage and I still have 8 of these large bottles that remained uncollected. I'm sure when they do get around to collecting them, they won't have room to take them all - as we've been down that road with them before too. We are through with ReadyRefresh. 5 strikes and you're out.

We had just started our service on 1/24/23. Stopped by today 2/2/23 to make sure everything was ok and to reinteoduce themselves! Great way to start a relationship! You Guys Rock! Sean and Pete are super - give them a raise!
