I appreciate your feedback and will edit my review for the response. I will not go into what details I think were unethical but I have not found that practice in other transactions. You seem to have quite the rally going after the review, so you’re welcome for getting it started. My husband and I decided (after he had a health scare) that I should join him in his retirement and we would move to be near family in another state. We gave ourselves 18 months to purge over 40 years of “stuff” and to take care of needed repairs in our home of 24 years. Victoria was there for us helping us find contractors and to help my husband deal with the emotion of leaving a home that he loved. Finally Victoria picked the perfect date, and came over to stage our home and was not afraid to get her white tennis shoes dirty when she came over to do some finishing touches in our flower beds. Many of our rooms were devoid of furniture that we had sold, and she posted beautiful pictures of the rooms without furniture and with digital furniture so that prospective buyers could envision their own furniture in there. After one weekend of open houses and an extra Tuesday night showing for some prospective buyers who couldn’t come on the weekend, she found the perfect young family and we were in a contract. It all went perfect and Victoria was there for us every step of the way! I highly recommend Victoria to be there for you too!

Victoria is an amazing realtor. We just sold our home in Canyon Country and bought a new one in Saugus both transactions we’re done with Victoria. We had so many wants and restrictions when purchasing our new home and she worked with us every step of the way, she was patient and resilient.
