We purchased our first home with Pedro being the seller’s agent and he was AMAZING! From the moment we met at the open house I could tell he was a great agent to be working with. That day he made the time to speak to us of important facts about the house which were not provided publicly. It was nice to hear that the homes on that side of the street get shade almost all day and therefore it remains cooler than the other side of that street.
Throughout our long escrow due to me being laid off because of COVID, Pedro remained patient and he encouraged the sellers to not move forward with other buyers and to push through with us. Without Pedro’s suggestion of going to his lender we would’ve never been able to purchase at home since we lost an entire income on the loan application. Pedro’s lender, Angel was thorough and confident from day 1 that he could get our loan approved.
They both worked their magic and meanwhile waiting for approval of the loan he had the sellers work on minor repairs to prepare the house for us.
The entire transaction with Pedro was smooth and we truly appreciate all that he has done for us to get our “miracle home. ”
I recently called Pedro for information on our warranty and he went out of his way to assist me and explain it all in detail and give me suggestions on everything. He made me feel as if I was his client. He went above and beyond in many ways. Coming from a different county it was so helpful for him to leave magnets around our home to have contact numbers for utilities, etc.
