Real Property Management Bakersfield

Update: My rental house has been a Construction Zone for three weeks. Not only have I had to take time off work so they could complete the job, I’ve been spending hours cleaning. Bj failed to do his job properly. He should have gotten approval for cleaning crew prior to starting the job. The house has been covered in Sheetrock dust from head to toe, every nook and cranny, three separate times. This whole situation has been poor management on BJ’s part.

It was a tough go at first with the original vendor, but once Bj put Angel and his crew on the job, everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently.

BJ Isip works with you and stays on top of all things needed! Very comfortable place to live here at RPM.
