I never make reviews, but I do not want others to be going through what we have been dealing with since we moved in on Friday. I made the mistake of making a review before signing a lease. Don't make the same mistake I did. Pay close attention to how all the reviews mention Shermona and don't forget to look at the Yelp reviews of this company. We toured a condo 2 weeks ago and were rushed into moving in this past Friday. Upon moving into the house, we realized it was so dirty and hadn't been cleaned as promised. We spent the entire weekend cleaning everything that should have been done since we were promised a move-in-ready place. We understand it is not a new home, however, when you move in somewhere you expect it to be cleaned. There were even dishes left in the cabinets and dishwasher. We continued to run into issue after issue some of which were hazardous such as a kitchen sink leaking onto cords beneath, the dishwasher smelling like it was going to catch on fire, and a sink upstairs flooding the bathroom, so we called the emergency hotline on Saturday and that person did not show up to fix our emergency until Tuesday at 10: 30 am. What is the point of having an emergency hotline if things are not taken seriously? This company just wants your money once you sign a lease they do not care about you or any issues you run into. The staff is so rude and unprofessional including the maintenance guy. They will ignore your calls and texts. We have spent so much money on not only the security deposit and rent but also supplies to make our rental livable. This has been nothing but stressful. Save your time, money, and energy, and go with a different company that actually cares about its clients. California law requires landlords to maintain their rental properties in a safe and habitable condition and to make repairs promptly when necessary. However, this has not been our experience, and if we do not get everything fixed we will be taking legal action. It is unfortunate that this exciting time has now been ruined for us.

Real Property Management has been a great experience so far. I recently attended a showing of a rental that was scheduled conveniently on their automated scheduling website. It was great finding different days and times that were flexible with my schedule. After the process, I attended my scheduled showing and of course it went great. The showing information was provided by Paul White and it was hosted by Shermona Clark. Shermona did a great job explaining details of the home and the application process. The application process is online and easy to complete. Overall, it’s a great experience and I appreciate their time and dedication to follow up after a showing. I wish more rentals would use this management service.

Speaking from my experience on the apartment showing alone- overall good experience. The agent was a little late, but it felt like the automated system failed to let her know I confirmed the appointment. Once Sherman’s arrived, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. She presented the listing well.

If you are a vendor do not work for this company. They will not pay and they avoid answering calls. They will keep transferring you to the next person and they will waste your time. I have talked with other vendors and they have the same issue. They are constantly hiring on craigslist and Indeed because vendors quit. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
