I came here for postnatal abdominal therapy with Karrina, and it was the ultimate postpartum self care experience. I wasn’t expecting the incredible massage to start. Highly recommend!

Yes, go, Life changing. I wish I knew about this place earlier instead of going to normal massage places who have one or two masseuses that may do prenatal massages. This is their entire focus and it was so nice!

I met with Eri the other day and had the most amazing post natal massage. She took the time to understand my situation and concerns and then focused on those areas during the massage. I also did the Milky Way add on since I have struggled with production and I will say that the most I have ever produced during a single pump has been 8 oz's- for a first morning session when I am full. The day after my massage and Eri releasing tension on my right side, I produced 11 ounces since my right side kept up with the left! Maybe it was a coincidence but it seems unlikely since this has never happened in my 5 months of breastfeeding.

I am very grateful for Eri and her kindness and commitment during our session. I will for sure be back!

I received two prenatal massages from Reyna and left both times wishing I booked for a longer duration! The first massage was an all over body massage and the second had heavier focus on hips, glutes, and neck muscles. I felt very comfortable with Reyna and she kept checking in about pressure and if I needed anything during our time together.

I look forward to returning for a postnatal massage!

like I was doing.this is worth every penny! Tried several places & each was a horrible experience. From therapists being on their phone, leaving room constantly, tiny cold sheets on a hard table, list goes on. Rebirth is opposite of all that. Finally found my place! Front desk was polite. Reyna my therapist was amazing, true talent. Great consultation & customizing my massage. She listened to what I want focused on, checked in with pressure & my comfort. She knows her anatomy & prental techniques. Instantly felt relaxed with the soft table, linens, cozy pillows & the heating table pad. Went all out with the prental mama bliss package. Hot stones were perfect temperature, the aromatherapy helped extra relaxation, & the peppermint lotion on lower legs/feet felt cooling & nice. Being pregnant not sleeping well lately & the pain is rough while also chasing a toddler at home, this was my get away. I got to relax, rejuvenate & fel better enough to keep up with my toddler when I got home. THANK YOU for doing what you do! Already booked my next appointment & told my family all I want are gift certificates for my birthday & holidays. Also, no stairs was nice, their office is on the 1st floor.

I love this place! I have received a number of massages from Joanna over the years and she really is an expert on womb massage and v-steam. I can't say enough about how much she really helped with alleviating back pain when I was pregnant. Rebirth is relaxing, welcoming, and such a beautiful space. My only regret is that I moved from the area, but I can't find another place like Rebirth so, I don't mind the drive! I would recommend to anyone looking for high quality massage and v-steam!
