I read the reviews before I moved here and I saw people saying when you need something fix it takes forever for someone to come. That's very true cause I'm still waiting smh terrible and let's not talk about management how they act just like maintenance terrible. The actual apartment is fine. But don't let them call somebody because they don't show up and don't try to reach out to management because they won't reply. STILL WAITING. Why ask for reviews without checking to see if someone actually did their job.

Joshua is awesome, he and Maria were very helpful and hands on every step of the way. Both very pleasant to work with. They quickly answered any questions or concerns. My place is beautiful, with a few minor details that need fixing, but overall I am pleased. Thank you!

They fix the clips from the dishwasher, but he said that they’ll be back for the screens

I've been a resident of this property for almost 10yrs and enjoyed the quite.recently I've been asked to leave because the owners want to remodel. I have reported many times about bad water smells under the facebowl in the master bath, now all of a sudden I have to up root my family at a time when my disabilities and income can not afford this upset. I inquired about the unit that's being prepared but at a much higher rate for the same space. I know the staff is just following orders by placing notices on my door although my rent had always been on time.they have charged me for yrs.for cable service that I have never used and add up the charges when I exclude it from the monthly rent, if anything they owe me a refund.during the pandemic they did not renew the lease 2020-2021 then falsely had people sign leases from that yr. I have the rent check for August but they truned my wife away saying we owe more. Cushman Wakefield nor Ardella richie ridge has yet to speak to me.after 10yrs of being a good neighbor.if Cushman Wakefield reads this contact me.

It's still leaking and smells bad. They still haven't repaired They damage plaster. They want me to put in a new work order. Wow
