Same size load.one day it's $11, one day it's $15, one day it's $33, one day they want me to weigh in and out. They don't know if they're coming or going.completely unprofessional. THE WORST DUMP IVE EVER BEEN TO.they don't clean up around their yard.smells horrible.flies everywhere.but the ppl in the office is worse than all that was mentioned, DO NOT GO THERE. GO TO NEAL RD.

Crushed cans that were brand new and trash all over the street. Very rude and unprofessional. Especially after 3 weeks of no trash pickup. They sit on ur street so thay can fake doing their job because of the GPS. All they do is play on their phones.

Very unprofessional business. We paid them every month but our trash was never pick up according to the pick up scheduled. This is an awful business and we hated that we have to call them every week to have our trash pick up.

Very poor customer service. Driver will most definitely retaliate if you complaint about them carelessly dropping your bin on it's side blocking your driveway. Was charged for service not received for months. Office staff laughed at me when I informed them that no service could have been provided because the house was vacant before I moved in due to my dad passing away. Manager stop by when I informed them I was going to contact the city department that oversees their contract only to lie and say matter would be addressed. Never happened and was forced to pay for services not received due to them threating to place a lien on property. Then I was told they had no record of me contacting them or coming into their office pre covid when female at counter laughed at me telling her mt dad had passed so no service could have been provided for the time the house was vacant. Very rude and nasty staff. Franchise Agreement should not be renewed. Can be found online. Terms are not complied with and no other company to switch to due to the monopoly granted to them by the city of Oroville.

Have called for months since the new driver has taken over after being trained to to drive in and take my garbage 1.5 bin. They have missed me 5 times already. And again today after calling the office to double confirm my service. I’m unsure what time they come now? And charged extra for over load due to them not picking up.still waiting on a manager call back 1 month later.

This company is an excellent example of what happens when a business gets a "franchise agreement". Oops, I mean MONOPOLY on trash pickup from the city and doesn't have to worry about competition. Rude and condescending office staff that can't be bothered to return calls and will treat you like you're illiterate and mentally disabled when you show up in their office.

Their customer service is unbelievable in the worst way. No one ever answers the telephone, the online website redirects you to call the office, this company gives customers the run-around. So unfortunate that they’re the only waste service providers and that we HAVE TO purchase services from them.

Customer service is not that great when calling the office. They always have to put you on hold; the person on phone needs better phone etiquette since they don't come across as friendly in professional manner almost as if you are bothering them by calling and interrupting their day. Drivers are sometimes late picking up trash or recycling. The company does not communicate with customers to update them on route schedule changes or rate changes. They need to get their act together.

Great experience dropping off my old tv for free. Literally just shoved it off into a metal bin and drove off. They also answered all of our questions at the cashiers window. Very nice people.

I'm new to Oroville and been trying to get service started for 2 weeks! First called on a Monday was told I would receive cans on Wednesday. When they didn't come another 45 min on hold to be told 3-5 days from order. So Friday comes NO CANS! Another 45 mins hold to be told they don't consider the day I ordered a day so it hasn't been 3-5 days. Tuesday of the next week comes still NO CANS! Another 45 mins on hold to be told they CLEARED my order because they are out of the size can I ordered! No call or notice, Just CLEARED MY ORDER, but not the charges for service of course! Yes they were going to charge me for a service they REFUSE to provide! So now I agree to bigger can and am told they will put a RUSH on my order. Guess what Friday comes around and still no cans! Now after another 45 min hold They are actually BLAMING COVID! From what I see of reviews they had these issues WAY before COVID hit! Of course no supervisors to talk to, again I'm told 1-5 days now, Rush was another lie, and they had again planned to charge me for this weeks service that they are REFUSING to provide. I'm disabled with a compromised immune system with garbage stacking up and the lady tells me the best she can do is tell me to bring my garbage to the transfer station. How about they stop lying to people and get it together.

It's now been 2 weeks since my yard waste bin was accidently dropped in the truck when dumping it. I have been calling as well as emailing every day, and it's always an excuse, and an extremely long wait for them to even answer. Lately it's been a passing the buck issue with no resolve. If I could, I would rate zero stars.

First of all the driver dropped my recycling Ben into the dump truck and not gotten a new one yet, this happened 3wks ago and now Thursday the didnt take my regular garbage. What's going on here?

Trying to set up garbage service has been a challenge to say the least.on hold forever, no promts in the automated system for setting up a new service.can't speak with a live person ever, I guess I'll just have to chase down the truck when they come this week.
