Red Baron Pizza reviews
13Came back from Vegas and my fiance was craving pizza on the way. Found this place and it was beyond delicious. Pizza was crispy, cheese was perfect. Even the atmosphere and hospitality was top notch. Got to see a little football as well. Tony’s and LRs in Delano has some serious competition. 10/10
Ordered online, picked up order and when i got home mafia bread was missing, fries were cold, lasagna was over salted. Will not order from there again.
Awesome place, I love their Pizza and Salat Bar and the kids get to have fun, after they are done eating
Way too expensive what a rip off jalapeno poppers are a joke for the price the chicken strips are something that comes in a kids meal spent 75.00 on two subs poppers and chicken straps and 2 beers never will I go back to get ripped off! I hope you go out of business for your greed
Was way to hot in this place only area that seemed to have air conditioning was the cooking and order area test of the location was well into the 90s temp outside was cooler
Food was not what I was expecting pizza was more like Taco bell Style pizza had better in Fresno California.
I had an unexpected relative show up late tonight, and didn't feel like cooking. I had to order pizza from here, really close to closing time, unfortunately. Thankfully my order was still received and the delivery driver, Javon (I hope I spelled that correctly) was amazing. He walked up with a smile on his face and super polite, despite my late order he remained kind. Kudos Red Baron on exceptional customer service!
We arrived about 8 PM and the place was closing at 9 PM so there was almost no one there. We ordered a small pizza with a few toppings. It came out relatively quickly and was very good, being really cheesy as well as our other toppings. The service was good. What we didn't like was all the video games constantly making noise. Sort of like a small scale Dave and Busters. I will say though that being just before closing, they closed one side of the restaurant, and I think that side may have been much quieter as that side appeared to be more "regular" seating instead of long tables. The side we were on made it look like it would be good for birthday parties etc. Earlier in the day might have been better for us.
We ordered for delivery to our hotel. The hotel had them on there list of good places nearby. It was delicious and they even included plates and napkins! The delivery driver was great too!
Called for delivery yesterday at 4: 22pm, said it would be 45-1hr. One hour passed so I called and asked what was going on and they informed me the driver just left that they would call him and call me back. 15 minutes no call. I called back and they had no update. Finally after 1 hour and a half he showed up. I was on the phone with them again. They told me it was the manager that was doing the delivery. I verified he was the manager. He said yes and I said I've been waiting for an hour and a half. He just said he doesn't know what happened and never even apologized didn't offer to fix anything. Nothing has no clue what's going on inside of his kitchen, I mean how could he if he's out doing deliveries. The pizza was barely warm. The wings I ordered were barely warm. The crust had become hardened and was just horrible. I will absolutely never go to this location again. I'm done. Can't get quality product. Spent $54 and got trash.
Such a generic reply by the restaurant. No offer to fix, nothing. Laughable
I visited this place around a year ago and it was great, pizza and pasta, but for my last two visits, the quality has dropped dramatically. I sure would like to find out what happened. I thought I found myself a great place to eat, short lived.
All of the positives recent reviews had my hopes up but unfortunately we weren't impressed with this place. Prices are high for average quality food. Over 50 bucks for a medium pepperoni pizza, a philly cheese steak sub, an order of mozzarella sticks, and a bottle of beer which was $6.50. It all came out at different times. The arcade seating area was dirty and many of the games were very worn down. One of the games had a broken handle that was very sharp and got my husband. Management should put some tape over it so children don't get hurt. It was also uncomfortably warm in there. Service wasn't what is typically expected of a local restaurant. Only one of the four employees we interacted with actually smiled at us. Definitely room for improvement here. At this time it's not worth the price they charge unfortunately.
