To have a police sergeant Harper so ignorant of the law is a disgrace. Threatening to arrest a citizen on a public parking lot for filming. He to be educated and have a better attitude.

Need to watch out for the idiots working here might even pull a gun on a family pulling into gas stations and then struggle to turn on there own body cam when confronted about it. Tyrants

Our van broke down on I5 south took lyft to walmart & couldn't get lyft back to motel. Saw police asked if taxi service avail (730pm Sat) He offered to take us back to motel. He went above & beyond to help us. Thank you so much Red Bluff Police

Officers don't know the law. Cry like babies and break policy rules on camera. Bet we still paying for these people that don't know how to do their job.

Worst police department in the entire country (second-worst is nearby Redding). They are as belligerent as they are stupid, a lethal combination for any unaware citizen. Use extreme caution when entering Red Bluff, and don't go alone.

Fire Harper for a Bane Act violation and violating department policy by ordering an insubordinate to violate department policy in taking a field photo without a legal detention.

I just watched a video of a sergeant really acting rude to a citizen videotaping in the parking lot of the police department. This guy should be put on the street to get some humility and deal with people. He thinks just cause he’s a sergeant he has a big soda coronas. I’m a son of a police officer at all almost lost her father in the line of duty get a life

I called about a kitten being stuck in a drained pool. When I called they immediately sent someone out to help. The man on duty that helped the kitten from the pool was nice and efficient. Very thankful they were able to give this kitten another chance at life. They could have disregarded my call about the stuck kitten, but they didn’t. Thanks again!

The red bluff police are one of best they solved a big problem i had the were honest and not rude when talking too officer.

Officer Sullivan pulled me over for a routine traffic stop and ran a basic field sobriety test. He was empathetic without comprising any of his professionalism. He's okay in my book and I expect a promising career from this young Officer in the future.
