Red Carpet Car Wash

I pay for a monthly subscription and am hardly ever disappointed. If I notice something, I point it out and the attendants clean it without giving me a hard time.

Service is quick, good job but could be a bit more detailed especially when paying for the TOP SERVICE

Terrible job for the $30 wash. Dust and dirt left all over the interior and lots of visible marks on the exterior. Don’t waste your money, there are far better offerings at half the price.

They really need to work on the speed of getting cars through the line but they have great car washing deals

This car-wash is friendly place, friendly personnel, the cleanliness of the car after a regular wash, definitely meets expectations and possibly begins to exceed them; of course there are detailing packages that will get your car in show-room condition, and you get to pay a little more for those BUT overall the prices seem quite reasonable and if you're a member of the monthly unlimited washes you get some serious discounts on those detailing packages. BTW, same monthly membership price for a sedan or an SUV!
All in all, I've been a member for 5 years and I never had a reason to cancel my membership. I'm happy with this car-wash.

I did not get the service I paid for my car was not clean inside fully, also my tires were not armor all my rims were not clean very bad service and way overpriced.

Just get the monthly wash. 2 washes per month pay for membership. Can get crowded so get there middle of week if you can. They always do a good job and offer free Starbucks coffee.

It was okay, staff was nice but the cleanliness of my car was not up to par considering what I paid. There was still dust on my dash, they did not do armoral on the inside as I paid for, ran my finger on the base of my back window dust there too. I asked them to clean my exhaust tips so they can shine again. Failed to do that as well. Sadly disappointed

Busy all the time, takes about and hour.no real seating while waiting, the service is good and next to the mall if you want to go shop while you wait for your car.

The unlimited subscriptions are 100% worth the value. If you’re someone who uses gas station car washes, this is so much better, getting a full vacuuming and dried by actual people. Not worth the value if you pay for the individual washes though in my opinion.

Worst car wash ever. Outside streaks all over the windows I could see dirt on the bottom rails. Inside is even worse. Dirt completely visible everywhere. Dash board still has dust on it stereo not wiped down. It was vacuumed but for $30 I would expect way better service. I do not write reviews but I had to. I do not recommend this place.

I’m not one to leave reviews. I am actually so upset about my visit to red carpet car wash that I made a account just to make review and warn others not to go here. So I paid $40 for the showroom bundle they have.after waiting almost a full hour (understandable because they where busy) I walked to to my car and the windows where dirty and many spots where missed, the guy that was cleaning it started to whip the spots missed.another 20 mins goes by and the car still has spots on it I was a bit let down at this point but figured it’s just some small things right. I get in my car and start to pull out and notice the inside of my car was not whipped down and poorly vacuumed still small bits of trash here and there (my car wasn’t that dirty in the first place) so I turned around and asked to talk to some one about a lower price or refund. Steve was sent out to help me and said it was sap that was on my car even tho I could whip it off with my finger. After I showed him the inside he started to while it down and at this point I’m tired of waiting and have places to be. Now non of this is why I’m wrighting a review. Once I got home and started cleaning my car I noticed there are scratches now going down the side of my car.

So poor quality work and you mite get your car back in worse condition.

I will be contacting them tomorrow with pictures.

Long story short don’t go here.

All these people that are complaining about less than stellar cleaning. Just take it in the next day and have them do a better job. These are humans, not machines. I have gone daily for over a month. And while sometimes the vacuuming is than perfect. There is always tomorrow and they do a good job overall.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to. We were talked into upgrading to the ‘express wash’ which was $20 more but supposedly only 25mins. We were told it would take 45mins. As we had some stuff to do at the mall that was no problem. We came back an hour later & our car wasn’t ready. The told us to wait at the front so we did. 20 mins later we decided to go look for our car but couldn’t find it so we asked what was going on. Turns out our car had already been detailed & it was in our of the parking spaces out front. I expected a sparking clean car, esp for the time it took. How wrong was I. There was dog hair & dust every where. In hindsight I should have tried to get my money back but I just wanted to go home.from the reviews I’ve read it seems that may have been futile anyway. I won’t ever go back & I suggest going elsewhere.

I love this place. U get my car washed as much as I want for $40/ month, it's amazing! I don't have a garage, so I'm there all the time. They are really efficient and nice, too.

Great for a quick exterior wash. Employees are friendly but need to do a better wipe down after the wash line. Though, there are no vacuums to use and the lines can get pretty bad and congested. Pricier than a few other places too. I’d recommend going to Bellagio Express in Van Nuys if you have the time to take a drive there. Better value, wash, and free vacuum stations!

Great wash for decent price! My car looked so great! Only complaint is that for some reason afterwards my car smelled like gasoline for a couple days after. Never figured out why.

Not worth the money. The employee's almost let me crash into another car when I was on the track wash. No one speaks good English and one old white guy manages the place. They beg for tips because they are paid in chips.

Will never go back. Price not worth the service in any way. Outside wash was ok, but interior looked like they never touched it. Requested for a second vacuum and they just played around and no difference.
They Left my car with headlights on all through the cleaning process, despite me asking them twice if they could properly shut the car down and them accepting.
This place cares more about money and not customer satisfaction. Wont encourage anyone to go there.

We do have a unlimited plan here but when I asked them to vacuum under the Matt too they said that they are not suppose to do that they don't even want to wipe the seats
And yes we pay 49.99 to have a unlimited plan I will cancel my plan
