My go-to local studio in LA. All the locations are welcoming and offer something for everyone and every level, as well as lovely restorative/yin classes.

Excellent. The class contained an amazing vinyasa flow. Such attention to detail by the instructor. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: After I reviewed this company I received an email saying they will pay me back, but now months later I still have not heard anything. Its straight stealing and most unfortunate.
I thought yoga was about building trust in a community.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I was a member at Shanti Yoga in Culver City. They encouraged me to pay in advance for six months. I did that, but then fell pregnant and was ordered not to exercise. So I put my membership on hold. In that time, Shanti yoga closed down and merged with Red Diamond Yoga. After I miscarried I asked Shanti Yoga what will happen to the money I prepaid. They said they will give me a full refund and sent me the forms to fill out. Then a short time after I sent them the forms requesting the refund they offered, they sent me an email saying they have merged with a new company (Red Diamond Yoga) and I am welcome to go to the new venue. They disregarded my refund, didn't even respond to me about it and didn't respond to numerous emails. Beware of advance packages. They will not be true to their word. As long as you know that there is no accommodation to personal health needs, go ahead at own risk.
