Red Lobster, Brea CA

Surprised the heck out of me. I went in not really into seafood but they make a great steak too. The seafood was delicious though, I had the lobster tail and steak. Service could have been better but over a good experience.

Pro is that management seems to be doing their job keeping order and cleanliness control. The restaurant ambiance and food are great overall for a seafood restaurant. Cons are the workers may need incentives such as more tips or employee incentives to reward them for going the extra mile in everything they do. This is my overall opinion from my experiences dining in.

An hour wait but it's worth the wait because we had an excellent server, Denise. Gave us a superb service. Thanks Denise

Went to lunch on a Sunday with a friend. Service was great. Food was really good. Looking forward to all endless shrimp on 9/3. They have great early bird specials before 6pm. Going back soon.

Pretty much everyone knows Red Lobster is good just this visit it smells really weird inside the restaurant like a fish / Clorox I don't know what was happening but I still like Red Lobster

This location of Red Lobster has always been exceptional in food quality and service. Our server, Chris, was exceptional. All the qualities customer service requires. The location is prime as well.

Great service however the food was awful. I hadn't eaten at Red Lobster in a little over a year and I have to say their food has really changed and not for for the better. I wont be eating there again. I will be looking for another place that serves crab. The food was cold and just tasted awful.

Great place to eat and enjoy some time with the family. The food is good but the service is excellent.

Very salty food service is iffy I guess it is a trend to less service and more tip.tips should be paid on exceptional service if they just delivered your food or took order is not service you need to beyond this basic function and that's what wedges supposed to pay dor it.

The tacos and the tilapia with shrimp were so spicy that my friends couldn't it them.
My lobster and shrimp pasta was wonderful.

They have really upped their game recently. We had a great server and we got the happy hour appetizers before our water came. It pays to go a little early as it can get busy. My sirloin was a perfect medium rare and well seasoned. Don't pass on the Parrot Bay Coconut shrimp with pineapple dipping sauce. Many new menu items too. I was disappointed that they took the broccoli out of the calamari appetizer tho.

Have been told in the past that they would not take reservations. Went tonight with a party of 11. We were told they had an exceptionally busy day and could not seat us for at least 45 minutes. So we took our business down the road to Outback.

Popular eatery. Good sea food dishes. Excellent service. Saw lots of folks waiting. They should get online and put their names on the waiting list and an arrival time. This way they can get seated right away as they come. No waiting! How do you like this trick?

Good food, friendly service, no hassle for corking wine. Always treated well, accomodation for impaired friend.

Red lobster has seafood meals that serves with cheddar biscuits, soups with salt crackers, salads with your entrees and seafood meals you have ordered.

It was delicious as always, and our service from Danielle was excellent, she herself deserves 5 stars however Red Lobster has too much food that was once frozen to get that ranking. Super Yum though!

I had tried this one once with friend and I can say the experience was a little disappointing. Can not recall what type of fish I did order but can remember it came late and it was really small piece compare to its price. Well the manager considered the issue at last but who after all who likes to go to a place to haggle over the size of the fish ;-)
