I used to come here for their clam chowder, but the last 2 times all I got was a bowl of broth! Over priced and their meals aren't worth them. Won't be coming back.

Server was covering 2 areas. Hard to get refills but she did her best. I typed bartender also. He did half of our service.

Arriana was a fantastic server/waitress. Really appreciate her kindness and positive attitude. I wish more were like her!

Our server, Arriana was sweet, kind, and attentive. The food was delicious! We recommend the Atlantic salmon, crispy brussel sprouts.

The shrimp and the scallops were delicious & I ate a baked potato & Oh! The Chedder Biscuits were served hot & I couldn't stop eating them, so I had 2 bring My rice & Salmon & 1/2 My brussel sprouts home! The Service was Excellent!

This restaurant's service is a complete JOKE. There is literally no other way to describe it. I placed, and paid for, an order online and was given a pick up time of 6: 30.it is currently 7: 40 and I am STILL standing in the To Go section waiting for my order! Even after asking several times for an update, all I get is "oh, it's coming out soon". The lack of management's attention to these ridiculously long delays is seriously disappointing. Absolute horrible service and complete waste of money and time.

Service was great but the flavors were off today. The clam chowder was watery and flavorless. The shrimp scampi was too salty and the biscuits were saltier than normal too. The lobster tail and longostino seafood artichoke dip was great. So not too bad but definitely could have been great. I will try again next time.

Food was alright, service was lazy. Didn't get asked once for a refill thru a whole meal, asked for butter to go with with shrimp and server never came back but did come back to ask every other table if they need anything. Won't be returning.

Service was awful our waiter Eric chased us to the door returned our tip because it wasn't enough for him. He didn't even bring our food out it was another kind lady. If you want good service I wouldn't come here.

Worst experience I’ve had with Red Lobster. The lack of customer service from our waitress Savannah L was astounding. Every table around us received a “How are you doing today? ” from Savannah except ours. I asked what the price was for the 2 pound crab legs to which she informed me “around $35” but found out the actual price was $47 once we received the check. We politely requested napkins to which she never brought, but she continued to service those around us. We had to retrieve the napkins on our own from the gentleman in the front of the restaurant. We were never offered a refill on our sodas and when I requested two to go drinks, she rolled her eyes as if we were bothering her and she did not bring them, yet she refilled the drinks of those around us. We asked for a manager and she brought a supervisor over; I’m guessing there was no manager at that time. We informed the supervisor of Savannah’s poor attitude, lack of service, giving the wrong price and asked that she bring us our to go drinks. The supervisor said she would not adjust the price even though we were given the wrong price and did not even address or apologize for Savannah’s lack of customer service/poor attitude. In the end, she ended up applying a military discount and informed us that they would talk to the waitress and that she (the supervisor) has anxiety talking to customers. The supervisor was nice but is in no way fit to be in a leadership/supervisory role if she “has anxiety talking to customers” as she stated. The only difference between our table and the other tables surrounding us is that we are people of color; Savannah should not be working in customer service with that attitude and her obvious disdain for people of color. First time I have never tipped someone.

At best customer service was poor the steak was a New York steak at best a c-I spent $130 for two people which I was better off cooking at home
