Red Lobster, Palm Desert CA

They've gotten better. We have friends visit and we took them there and they were very pleased. Our server was very accommodating.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because the cheddar biscuits are much smaller than I remember. Other than that I hadn't absolutely wonderful experience at this location. I had been craving lobster for a long time and that hit the spot.

So sad. Not much to choose from on menu. To get streak n lobster we were told we would have to order them seperate, that means two meals. We left wasn't worth staying

I always enjoy when I go there I tried something new this time I tried one of the feast that I had the lobster and the salmon and the shrimp skewers. Everything tasted so wonderful generous portions my mother had the seaside trio another awesome plate always good service good food eaten at the Red lobster location in Palm Desert on 10/24/21

Stopped by on the way home on a long trip and was seated within 20 minutes. The food arrived and it was not as expected. The lobster tail was rather small, smaller than at other Red Lobsters I have been served. The snow crabs were a little saltier than expected, but the steak was right on cooked to order "Medium Rare. "
The restaurant was not very crowded, but we were seated right next to another group and it seemed that they could have practiced a little more social distancing between the tables since the COVID19 is not gone yet.

Great service. Bartender was awesome. Food selection was small but I haven't been there since b4 they had to go to a smaller menu.

I ordered food to go and literally 1 hour later food was not ready it was around 4 so it was not lunch or dinner time to say it's a rush. Very disappointed

Service was great. Sadly the shrimp scampi in the Endless Shrimp this time was a major disappointment. As that is my favorite I was a bit let down this time.

Endless Shrimp Promotion is a very sad offering. All varieties are intensely salty as are those cheddar biscuits. Most are hopelessly drenched in butter and the size of the shrimp is laughable. Don't waste your money here please!

Food was ok.steak burnt on one side.service.waitres pay more attention to bigger party.took a while to bring drinks and had to ask for refills twice.as a server u always bring refills with new glass not grab glass on table then refill.

Unfortunately Lobster bisque was salty but the rest of the food was good as usual. Thank you to our server Martin for excellent service and patience

We make an annual trek to our timeshare in Palm Desert and ALWAYS visit Red Lobster. A fovorite of both my girls as well as my wife and I. The cheesy rolls are to die for and they know how to do fish right. The staff are amazing too!

Good food. Manny was our server He was pretty awesome. Nice guy he knows his job checking on us all the time. I will definitely come back again

We had lunch today in Red Lobster. Ivan provided us with excellent and friendly service. Food was very good and service was great!

We had Kristen as our server. She was absolutely amazing. She handled our large party with ease and made my boyfriend's mother's birthday an amazing evening. Such a special night and very thankful for Kristen and Red Lobster team for all that they did.

8/8/21 around 6pm we came for dinner to celebrate our 5th anniversary, 20 min in and our server spills iced tea and cognac cocktail on my husband, it splashed everywhere including his shirt and down his pants which left him wet and smell like alcoholic. A bit later server brought 2 cups of soup and side Caesar salad that we didn't order, saying it's complimentary, we didn't want that extra food since we already placed our full order. After the incident our server didn't attend us as much as others, she was ignoring us as much as she could. Food was over salted - breaded calamari, lobster bisk, mashed potatoes. I was just so unpleasantly surprised how manager never stopped by or talked to us. Not sure why she dropped the tray with drinks, we were sitting at a table while she was delivering our drinks and all of the sudden glasses fall of her tray onto my husband

You can always count on Red lobster for a great meal. I'm not talking fish though, only cause I don't eat fish but my Dad loves lobster here. I come for biscuits and steak. The drinks are good too. And during covid with closures they did take out that was awesome!
