Red Lobster, Palmdale CA

Great service and delicious food! Everyone who had contact with us was amazing! Staff is professional and helpful! It was a great experience!

I had the displeasure of dining at Red Lobster recently, and it was an absolute disappointment. The much-hyped "Endless Shrimp" promotion turned out to be a cruel joke, as all the desirable options were conveniently sold out, leaving only the less popular ones available. The frustration of missing out on what I came for was only matched by the lackluster quality of the food I actually received.

Amidst this culinary letdown, the only saving grace was our server, Lori. She managed to maintain a facade of friendliness while serving us subpar dishes. It's a shame that her exceptional service had to be wasted on such a lackluster establishment. Red Lobster's inability to deliver on its promises and provide a satisfying dining experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.

Food was good, and the service was very slow. I had a long wait for food, and the booth was really dirty, like they hadn't cleaned in a while.

Red Lobster is great for seafood and some other limited items. Their cheddar biscuits are the best hands down. My husband and my father said the calamari was very tasty along with crab stuffed mushrooms. I actually had a chicken ceasar salad since I don't like seafood. They both also had shrimp Alfredo and loved it. We each topped our meal off with the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake. It tasted amazing!
The service was great and we did not have to wait long for our food. They were not busy since we had an early dinner.

I must say I've never had to experience the most horrible day ever it wasn't packed but we had to wait almost an hour just to get a table because we were told they were short on waiters and once we got our table our waitress was really nice and very pleasant but the food took forever and I only ordered a chicken salad and waited 45 minutes just to get my salad and my daughter waited 30 minutes for a bowl of clam chowder and other family members food was burnt and we sent it back and they tried to redo certain meals over but at this point we were so ready to go we couldn't get a manager and by the time we did we had already paid for our meal but after speaking to the manager he just said that he would go in the back and recook our meals but after the long wait and food being so horrible we just left but again I really love Red lobster but this kinda have me not wanting to return.

Had a friend who went in and sat at the bar and had a good time with the bar tender and order some good drinks. He them proceeded to order the clam chowder and the bar tender stated ot might now be to his liking. He let him try some and it was so awful he wanted to let the manager know and Manger had such a bad attitude and refused to care what he said. Please, fire the managers and hire new managers who care too listen and make your restaurant better

Great food, excellent service, we went to celebrate my daughter graduation, everything was great, I definitely recommend you this restaurant to family dinner or casual dinner with friends!

I previously rated this place all stars, but that was a while ago. I had some free time and wanted to go to Red Lobster for dinner, plus I love Red Lobster, and so I went. The service from our waitress was good, but I was surprised by the quality of the food. It was awful! I mean completely awful! I ordered the coconut shrimp, and it was fried so hard that it was difficult to chew. I also ordered my son a kids meal with fries, and his French fries were also fried so hard they were practically black! It was so bad and disappointing I didn't want to raise an issue because I didn't feel like waiting for a new order. Instead, I just prefer not to come there anymore! Im not interested in wasting time or money for poor meals at Red Lobster or anywhere!

Great service and great food. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Food delivered to the table and correct as ordered. I even called corporate to let them know how great my experience with my family was there.

Took my new husband out to dinner. The food was excellent and the service was really great. Can't wait to go back try out more dishes from them. No wait time and rewards for membership. Thank you staff!

It's a good place when your server is good, The server set the atmosphere for everything to come.

Came here today on my birthday for the first time with my family. Always had a big anticipation of how good this place could be because I'm a big seafood fan. Unfortunately looks can be deceiving as they say. Everything on the menu looks amazing and I got blind sided thinking I was going to receive as to what I was seeing on the menu.
I ordered a $40 dollar plate and I was so disappointed in what I received. The lobster tail was so tiny it was good enough for a child to eat. The shrimp looked undercooked. The salmon was small aswell. As far as the taste I mean it was ok. I even ordered a drink to treat myself. But it was by far the most disappointed water down long Island iced tea I've ever had in my life. Overall the plating portion for the price on every meal we had was not to our satisfaction. The service however was on point and professional and very attentive. I just wish the name and brand would of met to my expectations Sorry RED LOBSTER!

My second time coming here and my last time the restaurant smells like old fish / gutter never got seated and service is terrible recommend the Santa Clarita location I rather take the drive then stand there for more then 20 minutes and not be acknowledged or even told we will be right with you I hope corporate takes a look at this location and fixes every inch of management to bring the Palmdale location back to a 5 star restaurant!

This was my first time back in years. The staff was excellent. Our server was very friendly and recommended the drink special. The strawberry margarita was yummy. The cheddar biscuits were lighter than I remember. My husband's ultimate feast was masterfully cooked. The lobster was tender and honestly the best I've had. My parrot coconut shrimp was crispy and, again, very well done. The staff was attentive, and we never had to wait on refills. I think you'd do well to get back there for a delicious meal.

Had to send the clam chowder back to the kitchen three (3) times as it was room temperature. Also, no oyster crackers, just regular saltine crackers. Wait, time a little lengthy.

I hadn't been here ever, so when my daughter said mom so you can choose it off your list I was so excited due to the commercials being so good, well they sat us on a table that the seat was torn, the service was ok but would have liked to have been treated with more kindness, she was like what yall want, you ready or not? Type attitude! The food could use more portions for the price and more flavor!

We were in Palmdale and we went for lunch. I didn't like the attention. It wasn't full but it still took a long time! The food is not what I expected. The shrimp did not taste good.
Good presentation. But not what I expected.
