Red Lobster, Sacramento CA

In the last 4 month I have visited red lobster restaurants in Sacramento. Food, service and management has been the worst I have got in years. Yesterday I try this red lobster restaurant in the Arden area. I was very impressed and finally got to enjoy a great meal with my wife and daughter. It is all about the management and the people that runs it. A great round of applause for this restaurant and it's crew.

Food was great salad came out late during the entrée but the waitress was a big help.

New trip food and service was perfect. Great people and atmosphere. I would suggest RL on Howe ave for any date night.

The bartender was rude he left the bar for several minutes my drink was weak and $16.my family took me there for my birthday. It has really gone down Hill over the years. They no longer have broccoli and calamari as an appetizer. It took several requests to get some ice water. My steak was the best thing.

The food was amazing, but the service left plenty to be desired. Once they seat you, you're left waiting.

Steak was dry and not cooked to order. Was very expensive for what we got. Lobster was smaller than the waitress explained. Not a good review from me,

This is the best Red Lobster I've been to from here to So-Cal. The service is top-notch. The food would give a hi-end restaurant a run for their money. Comfortable homey feel and plenty of room if you have a large party, also nice tables just for two. I highly recommend this Red Lobster.

The service was terrible, my family and u waited too long, dining areas were dirty, I wasn't impressed

Had a great dinner with a wonderful friend. That is always a plus. The food was really good.

Good food, huge portions, great prices. Servers were very friendly, but not enough of them to get beverage, take order, check on us in a timely fashion.

Went out here for dinner. We ordered 2 orders of "Surf & Turf Maine Lobster Tail & 6 Oz. Filet Mignon** $47.98", and 2 Margaritas.
We waited over 40 mins for our meal on Friday night, which is understandable. (It was busy)
But when the food came out we noticed that we recieved "Surf & Turf Maine Lobster Tail & 7 Oz. Sirloin**$39.99". (People who know something about steaks, can tell the difference.) We asked a waited to check and see if those were correct steaks, and yes we were right, they made wrong steaks. So they offered to bring us complimentary steaks (the ones we ordered. So waited for another 15-20mins for steak. When we received our bill, the waiter didn't even check what was on our bill and If everything looked correct before bringing it to the customer. So they charged us extra for the steaks and when I addressed it to him (waiter), he asked "oh she never took the charge off for those other steaks huh? "
So we would've let go, if that bill issue didn't come up in the end. But just made our first and last visit here just pathetic.

**their bathrooms are filthy, they might need some extra attention added to that area.

Although service a little slow due to being short staffed, our server, Loren, was amazing.
I would come back just for him to serve us.

While I was there they admitted that they are understaffed. So as a result our food took a considerable amount of time to come out. Otherwise it was a normal experience.

Loren was our server, he was GREAT! Very friendly, polite, attentive. Great service, will come back. Delicious food.

Had lunch with my husband for my birthday. From the host to the service team, we were treated so kindly. We had Anna as our server and she was attentive, sweet and overall a wonderful person to us. Highly recommend.
