Red Lobster, Fresno CA

Was very disappointed in the food and service was bad our waiter never came to check and see if we needed anything had to ask other waitress if they could call our waiter to our table. Expected much better serviceand food for the $70 that we paid.too much for what we got!

Food is still good, staff okay. At least the one we had was just doing her job! The place needs a fresh up after all these years very dark. Is it ambience or hiding something?

The food is like every other Red Lobster. Freaking delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is dimly lit for some reason but that's the only "negative" thing I could think of.

I ate red lobster 10 years ago and never look bad the food was horrible but my sister wanted to come in for the lobster fest and well I do love lobster. I was amazed how the service was and the food believe me I am definitely coming back I am a believer again thank you for making me want to come back again

They took me to be seated all the way in the back of restaurant. My poor friend i was meeting didnt care to walk all that way. But had a very good waitress

My mashed potatoes were cold. Also my crab legs.icky. The shrimp and the biscuits were the best part of the meal. Bathroom was filthy.

Great stay. Service is on point and it was the best lobster I have ever had. Juicy and fresh, definitely recommend.

Had dinner in the bar. Wendell was the best! Kind, courteous, willing to make things just the way we wanted. The lobster bisque was very salty, but the dish my daughter had was great.

Lobster was very mushy, will never go back! Never had such a bad experience. Must of been an old lobster!

The salad was dry not much dressing and was tasteless and fish was also had no taste and not a happy camper

First time going and the hostess was amazing very friendly didnt rush! Prices are fair.i would definitely come again!

The Menu had changed (Fried Broccoli) which was served with fried Calamari. To me should have been a Signature dish. Big disappointment. The restaurant still nice and warm atmosphere.

Good food good service. I'm not a fish eater and the have very few protein options but at least what they do have is really good and fortunately does not taste fishy, which is common at fish heavy locations.

My first time going to red lobster and it was a great first time experience, our waiter was very nice and the food was delicious.

Seafood was very good.salad dressing and vegetables were heavily salted.couldn't eat them.server was fabulous and on the ball.
