17If I could give this place no stars I would. Hot wings were burnt. Couldn’t even eat, scared to lose a tooth. Shrimp was burnt and the breading tasted stale.
Good service, good selection of cold treats!
Rootbeer float could use a bit more rootbeer though. More a drizzle of it to a cup crammed with icecream

They must be desperate for money. Maybe they feed there kids rotten bananas. We ordered 2 banana splits both had rotten black mushy covered in ice cream. Like I get times are rough but geezs. The girl quickly hands over the banana splits and closes the window. I posted pics on social media. Something has be done about the cleanliness and food quality. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has had an issue.
The worst disgusting is placed in porterville they are dirty they pick their nose in the back and they can't get an order right for s***
Meh! I don't care for they're customer service or how they handle they lie about not having certain foods in store and still sell it to you.
I enjoyed my food. Customer service is better then 5 + months ago. Make sure you tip. The worst thing working in customer service is, trying your best, and not seeing tips.
This place hits different, everything I've tried was 10 out of 10! Not sure how they do it, the menu is very diverse and you would expect that something might not be very good. But it's a slam dunk every time!
Food is so good at this place. It cost almost the same as other fast food places but the menus is better.
Pretty darn delicious for fast food! Fresh burgers, and snacks. Made when you order. You can taste the freshness in the veggies and everything. Happy hour is between 2-5pm so they have specials at that time. I love the banana splits, and also the vanilla coke with extra vanilla. Their special which is just a basic burger with lettuce, tomatoes pickles, red onion, and cheese is always good with the crinkle cut fries. Then a chocolate dipped soft serve on a cone, thats all u need for dinner and dessert!
Food is excellent BUT Customer service was trash. There’s only 3-4 workers that work there and I get that it’d take long but at least have a positive attitude.
Took forever with only one other car in the Drive-Thru and still got the order wrong although it had only two small items.
All of their food is great! Great service, courteous and friendly! Fries are the best in town! Highly recommended

I live close to red Onion so I go a lot last three or four times I've been there it's a burgers were burned the fries were undercooked and it took a long time time to pick a better Burger
