Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Fresno CA

This place is a dive! The entire carpet is sticky from the entrance to the back. When we arrived, the was a page long list of items missing from the menu. No straws, BBQ sauce, gourmet buns, etc. Also, you know the greese traps are full when there's a constant film in the air in the dining area

Overall Food was decent as well as the female service Male service was garbage except the kid at front My disappointment was the foggy drink glass looked dirty expected this from a low budget dinner place like Ole frijole but Red Robin just expected a Lil better took pictures of the glass shameful.

I had an online order. The hostess said it was ready and that she was gonna bag it. I waited 20 more minutes because the order wasn’t ready. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes AFTER your pick up time if you place an online order. Just be honest and say it’s not ready so we can at least be aware and not LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS

The server was really nice. Helped us saved some money by recommending us getting only one up grade on our fries and use that as our bottomless fries.

We got the $10 meal (Bonzai/ Whiskey River BBQ/ RB Gourmet Cheese Burger). Comes with bottomless fries, a drink and one of the 3 choice burger. Fries came out hot all the time but waiting for the waiter to come to refill the bottomless fries may take awhile so I recommend asking the waiter to put in the order every time they drop off the new batch of fries.

My husband and I voted Whiskey River BBQ over Bonzai. As for dessert, we recommend trying their Cinnimon Sugar Towering Doh. Yeah, don't get the small/shorty one. We did that and regretted it because it was so good and the price isn't much of a jump for the bigger/tower one.

I walked in and waited for around 2 minutes for and assistance to be seated and for someone to greet me and no one did. As soon as the next party walked in the door, they were greeted and seated. I still waited, the next person walked in and was like table for 2 and was seated. I then walked up and politely waved to be acknowledged after being invisible for 5 minutes. How rude! The food was cool, the fries were advertised for being bottomless (and they weren't), and I asked the waitress for water but that if it was tap water I'll pass, she assured me it wasn't and after I took a sip, it clearly was, yuck!

Food at this location was decent usual RR fare. I was thankful for the good lunch discount that RR was running. It made the food we received about fair value for the price paid. The initial service for orders to be taken and get ice tea was good. BUT the wait for our food to be served was way yyy yyy too long, especially considering the entire place was nearly empty. Also once we received our food.the "bottomless" fries and drinks only ended up with one refill considering that's how many times our actual server returned to check on us. The flavored fruit nonalcoholic beverage were terrible. We'd gotten 2 different flavors and both of us had to ask for simple ice tea to replace the mago & strawberry drinks. Restaurant is so dark as to be gloomy and drab, rather than cozy. I won't return.

So, had a hiccup last night with a take out order that was made wrong. They took care of the mistake quickly and the staff and manager were truly apologetic. Great customer service!

The hamburgers and fries were made to perfection. We had 5 different types of bar drinks and they were made and shaked perfect.

They told me they can only seat people of 8 and under and I had ten but then they placed 14 people in back of us after they told us they couldn’t seat or reserve more than 8. Then they served everyone after us faster they gave us the wrong order and drinks and I didn’t get my water till I was leaving. Next time I’ll go to the one on Shaw and valentine they seems more professionally

We were immediately seated and promptly served. Staff was very attentive and professional. Thanks for the exceptional service.

Went in there for lunch. Was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. Said yes was seated and 15 mins later no one had come by and there was no one behind rhe bar. Walked out without eating. My dollar can go somewhere else during the upcoming Ressession

Food tasty. Service not so great, didn't bring refills until we were leaving and had to ask for our check. Otherwise, waitress was friendly.

The one star is not even deserved, I deserve a refund for the 3 $18.00 bacon cheeseburgers that came home without anything, not even my side sauce I paid for. I could have saved $40.00 going to fast food. I will not return again.

Terrible reception they always give you your drinks with no straw and I asked for a hamburger with no onions and no cheese they gave me a plain cheeseburger with only a patty

Pretty good food for the price. Seated quickly & orders prepared/served fast. Pizza appetizer wasn't bad, thin crust was a little doughy.

Out of all the locations in town - this one is my favorite. Servers are quick and attentive, and the food is always great!

The Red Robin on Blackstone is great! Not so much the other Red Robin, had a bad experience and will not go back. But the Red Robin that I'm rating, they do an awesome job! Love the menu every Burger you can think of an extra sandwiches and things too. Like the vibe in there and it's comfortable, relaxed and the food is good!

I have been to this namesake before but at a different location. I was not impressed with this franchise. I'm sure with a little elbow grease they could elevate their service. Food was yummy. Just concerned on cleaning processes. Bartender was a server and busser. Need more staff. Who doesn't. Would come again.

My girlfriend and I have come here twice in the last couple of months. The first time we came we waited for quite some time to not only have our order taken, but to even get both the waters we asked for. We asked twice for a second water and never received it. The waitress was extremely inattentive and short with us when she did come check on us. I can forgive something like that happening once, but today we came back and after 20 minutes of sitting in the booth, the waitress finally came to take our order, and surprise surprise, they brought just one water again. I'm writing this review still waiting on my food and water and counting a whopping 8 tables in the entire restaurant with people sitting there, none of them big parties. As someone who also works in another restaurant, I can guarantee that this will be the absolute last time I give red Robin my business, and I suggest avoiding this place like the plague.

Horrible service! Refused to seat family of 4 in any other seating other than the bar. We had a minor present and didn’t want to have to subject her to that treatment! When we asked for accommodations, the hostess used the excuse of only having one server and would not give us a wait time for when we would be able to be seated in the regular dining area. Instead, she rudely dismissed us without a single care with a simple “bye”. As someone who works in customer service, I know someone who doesn’t like their job when I see one and, boy, the hostess either needed a break or a new job. Preferably somewhere without customer interactions!
