Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews reviews
19The server forgot to bring us our drinks until a few minutes after she brought us our food. The tag on the fire extinguisher hasn't been signed since it was last changed
We had a great dinner there! We always go when our kids visit as it brings back lots of great memories.
I have never had a worse dining experience. My kids and I decided to go out to dinner on a Tuesday. We ordered quickly and our food came out in a reasonable time. My order was not as requested but I ate it without complaint. My son didn’t like his food, but he can be picky, so I just ordered another entree for him so we could continue to enjoy the evening out. I asked for a box for the meal he didn’t eat so I could eat it for lunch the next day. However, the waitress brought his new entree to go. I thought she just got mixed up, and let her know he would be eating it at the restaurant as they were slow and the rest of us still had plenty of food. We even asked for more fries. When she brought the fries out, she took our plates and drink glasses while we were basically still eating and rushed off. It was beyond rude. She never asked if we wanted refills, they were not busy and it was early evening. I had planned on ordering dessert but at that point just decided to leave. I called the restaurant when we got home and asked if I could have the manager’s name and was told they couldn’t pronounce it, that it was “Nick something. ” This used to be a decent place to grab a burger but we have no desire to ever go back. Just a really unpleasant experience overall. I did leave a tip considering it could be a new/inexperienced server, but they have some serious training to do.
Burgers is great as well as the service especially our server Maddie. She is awesome and took care of us and her smile is contagious.
The hamburgers used to be great went there tonight it was like eating at in and out the gourmet burger is gone according to the server they have a new CEO now so I'm assuming they're skipping on the food quality for profit very disappointed in the food now
After a long day of my wife shopping and dragging me from location to far flung location I saw an Oasis of cold drinks and delicious food. My wife got a hamburger with egg on top and sweet potato fries while I chose a scorpion burger with Onion rings. I had a soda while my wife opted for a peach iced tea which I have to say from the taste I had was delicious. We had a wonderful dining experience with a super attentive and kind waiter.
Food was good but service was terrible. We sat at the bar there was maybe 3 small tables and it took forever to get drinks, sauces, to go boxes ect.
Always a staple, I love their burgers and crispy chicken sandwich. I also love their milkshakes and fries. Staff was friendly, and I think short staff on servers, but they were hustling, and you wouldn't know it, and the order kiosks help speed up check out.
We love going to RR. The food is always good and the wait staff is wonderful. They're always friendly, courteous, and promo with refills.
Gluten free buns and unlimited fries. They get very busy. If everyone is over 21 you can ask for bar seating.
It's been 10+ years since I've been to a Red Robin and this visit will ensure it is a long time before I go back again. Location is nice on the corner of the Palladio and the building and interior is nice. Waitress seemed nice when she took my order but I never saw her again until I finished paying on the tablet on the table and was getting up to leave.
Someone else brought my food out and while the burger looked good it was lukewarm at best and the bun was hard and kinda stale. The fries were also lukewarm but were still really good. I think likely both had been done and sitting around 3-5 minutes before they were brought out to my table. Too bad because both would have been better if they were actually hot.
During my entire meal a waitress never came by once to see if I needed a drink refill (I could of used one.) or anything else. The table in front of mine got their food a few minutes before me and it was the same thing, nobody ever checked on them for refills, bottomless fries, etc. Frustrating because Folsom has a lot of great dining options especially burger places and I wasted a dinner on lukewarm food and an empty drink cup.
I first discovered the benefits of Red Robin when we were traveling through Coeur d'Alene with our grandchildren. They have a great menu for children that is priced well. The food is delicious. They offer gluten-free dairy-free options for me.
Fries were great and they did a good job of seating folks far apart from each other. They got rid of my favorite burger though, so that was disappointing.
Update: favorite burger is back. Still enjoy this location. Excellent service every time.
Got a guac-bacon burger with a sub veggie patty & side salad. It had no bacon on it, the veggie patty was burnt, & the 'salad' was just lettuce & cucumber, had no tomatoes or croutons. Thanks for charging me $17 for that. & all of my husband's fries were grossly soggy, despite that he selected them to be extra crispy. This place has been slipping lately, & this is one of the worst meals we've ever had here. The quality & service is hit-or-miss now. You're either going to get exactly your customized order & it'll be fresh & cooked to perfection, or its going to be crudely cooked with lots of missing items or ingredients. The used to be one of our go-to spots for lunch/dinner because they were constantly delicious & accurate with our orders. Now they're a much less reliable option to spend our money on.
This is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at as a family. Everyone can find something that they like. You get bottomless drinks and sides. The service and food are always great!
Pros: Amazing food! Highly recommend. As a vegetarian I'm used to getting disappointed with flavorless burgers. But not this place. The bean burger was fantastic. I also loved the Oreo shake.
Cons: patchy service. Cutlery was not served and second helpings on the bottomless sides took forever to arrive. The side salad was also okayish.
Service from the time we walked in and walked out was horrible. No drinks or silver ware until after we got our food and only because I asked. My burger was made wrong and super yucky. They added grilled onions to my burger and they seemed rotten. I took one bite, looked through my burger and was done!
You think this location would be top notch.
Disgusting mushroom burger, the meaT didn't even look like meat, and it was extremely dry and had hard chunks of bone and grisile so gross! And a very weird color, looked like a sorlybean burger,
On another, not the I will say, "At least the chocolate malt shake was really good. That was my dinner instead
Idk who is running the place but, the host up front, I believe her name was Danni, she deserves a raise/ promotion! Wonderful customer service. I would recommend to friends.
