Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, La Quinta CA

Was out in Palm Desert to watch kids football games and stopped at Red Robin’s afterwards. The food was delicious, the staff was kind, friendly, and professional. We really enjoyed watching college football by our table. Overall great dining experience.

The best great food, friendly staff, great service.okay you've heard enough now go eat there.

Had a Tavern Burger with fries last night along with a couple of pints of "Twisted Tea" while watching the Bills-Jets game. The bartender was very sweet and attentive. The burger was delicious and a good value for under $10.00. I ate at Applebee's the night before and I generally don't eat at these types of places but Red Robin was definitely the place I would frequent if I did.

Had to wait 10 mins before I asked for help on a slower day. No one came to even take our order and for my boy. When I asked the front for help we didn't get it right away. I had to wait over 15 mins since I lost track of time a bit after.
When we got our server she didn't even bother to apologize and asked for our drink orders.
By this time we were really hungry and ordered our whole meals instead since we knew right away what we wanted.

Got my food burnt when I asked for an over medium egg and some pink on my burger. The meat had no salt at all and in total it took them over 30 mins for our meals. At this point we were all upset but hungry. I didn't want to make them stay longer so i asked for the egg at least.
It took another 15 mins for my egg but I was already mostly done with my burger.
The one who saved the day from our hunger who was bringing in the basket of fries was a young gentleman. My boy was so happy after we got our fries. I never got his name but he was the best.

I wish the manager that day would have been notified of the situation after I explained to the hostess that sat us down the situation about not having a server after 10 mins.

Unfortunately our staff never cleared a single plate or empty cup from our table the whole time.

They also never came to check how the food was, or if we needed a refill on anything.

Food was good.when it got to us. Service was absolutely atrocious though. It could have been because they were overworked and understaffed, but in the end we don't know for sure.

All I know is that our waitress only came to our table three (3) times to check on my party. The first was to take our order, the second to deliver our order, and the third to give us the check. Not once did our waitress - or any other staff for that matter - came to us asking if everything was fine or if we needed anything. Short answer, we did.

Anyway, between this location and the one off of Monterey and 10 FWY, we will continue to go to the one off of Monterey and 10 FWY simply based on quality of service.

Use to work here, bad communication. People get more attention and help if you worked there as long as them. Rude coworkers.

They called me in so I Came to work dressed and everything ready for work but it was a waste of time, they sent me home

This location, unfortunately, is always understaffed, and wait times for food are a little longer than most restaurants. The food was delicious if you don't mind the waiting.

Shane is the best! Something about the way he says pickle nickels. Thank you for the amazing service you made our day!

The crispy chicken is was really good the sweet potato and the regular fries is taste good and hot I recommend it
