Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Chino CA

Always a good time at Red Robin's! Met my expectations and the server was very nice, but I was surprised at the prices after not going for over a decade

Generally very good food options, tasty too, but be prepared as most are high carbs and fat. Some classic menu items like New England clam chowder, Nantucket sea food scatter, and queso dips with chips no longer available.

The place is good.the attention is quick and definitive. I like the food, that's why I'm going to enjoy it with my children. I recommend it!

I know restaurant cost have gone up a certain amount. What irritates me though is when I go into a restaurant and I order a certain size burger. The Whiskey River Burger and when they bring me the burger it's a whole lot smaller than the burger I've ordered in the past. If you got to raise your prices raise your prices Don't cut the size of the food or the quality of the food it makes me not want to come back to your restaurant at all I understand this cost increase but don't cut the size of the portions.

It was my first time at this Red Robin. The service was slow when only one person is taking care of all the bar area. My burger wasn't well done either were the fries some were still cold from freezer which was strange. Only good thing was onion rings so I left still hungry

One of my favorite places to go out to. Great service and the burgers are top notch! I recommend sitting in the bar area if you like sports and the bartender Megan is always great!

Just left the place, bad bad service, first impressions.
My kids enjoy this place, so I tried it today.
The wait was not bad, it was 10 minutes.
The place was sort of empty.
During our wait, I heard the wait had changed to 20 minutes.
Ok so now my son and I sit and wait. We hardly looked at the menu, we knew what to order. We waited and waited.
Not even drinks.
No one showed up.
All the servers hanging out, by the kitchen.
15 minutes passed and we walked out.
Bad first impressions.
Thank you Red Robin for such fabulous service.

Love the burgers & bottom less steak fried. A+. Two thumbs up! Desserts are very yummy!

5/24/23 update: came to try their pepperoni pizza and pretzel bites. Taste good.

Joshua our server, we've had a couple times and he's VERY attentive and friendly! Love, love! Food is the usual RR. Steak fries are always good and plentiful. I think portion size for the burgers, sandwiches are getting smaller, but that because they try to fill you up on apps or fries. So depends what you really want to eat. Overall, I keep going there, so

Had the Scorpion Burger, and it was great. Service was good, attentive. Pretzel bites were a bit burnt

Went in for an interview. Management here is funky. They seem to only hire kids out of high school.

Everything about this place is good! There's kind of a wait pretty much anytime of the day, anytime of the week, which let's you know how good it is! My favorite is the Whiskey River BBQ burger they have along with their Island Heat Chicken Wings! All the staff is friendly and is definitely a must visit!

Walked in and we were greeted with a smile by the manager. We were seated in Joey's section and listen to me when I tell you Joey is an absolute FANTASTIC server. Awesome personality, attentive, and fast. Our orders were all correct, we were served refills without having to ask him, Joey even brought a bowl of water for my Service Dog Doobie. At the end of our dinner we were once again greeted by the manager who took over for Joey and although closing time was near the manager somehow still had a smile on his face. Thank You for a great experience and Thank You for treating my Service Dog Respectfully.

This Red Robin location has been surprisingly consistent with their food and service. Probably explains why it's busy every time that I go. My son and I enjoy the burgers. Probably the best chain burger restaurant in the area.

I took my mom to get her birthday reward and the server I don't know her name she was fantastic
