Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Riverside CA

We got seated with no wait but waited 20 minutes to be helped. Server did apologize as she was finishing up with a large table. The burgers we ordered were unfortunately overcooked but sides were great.

Janae was AMAZING! Food came out fast, and it was correct with all the modifications we had. Even when she kept asking her for things, she didn't get mad or frustrated. And we for sure know better and should have asked for everything at once.

Very Pleasant and Helpful Servers & Staff. Great meal & Enjoyed our dinner & Appetizer!

This is one of the few places everyone can agree on due to the fact that they have a great variety of things to eat. First let's start with a great kids menu with a crayon to keep them happy while waiting. Burgers with bottomless sides from steak fries, broccoli, slaw and other premium sides. It's always hard trying to plan your birthday and you really don't know where to go sometimes to enjoy your self I was just disappointed with the experience overall and the food my family and I where seated before another table that got there after us and we placed our order before them and got our food over 45 mins later cold it was just a ruined birthday I don't think we will be back in the future tbh.

Major shout out to Arzel, I hope I spelled it right. You were so nice and patient, quick and efficient, and made delicious recommendations. Today being only your 2nd day buddy, you rocked it! Food was tasty, filling, and cooked perfectly

Never a disappointment in food and service. My friend has been going here for years. But i've done quite a few times with her. And the staff and service people are so friendly. Treat you like you're the only one in the place no matter if it's crowded or not.
Always a nice experience here.
And the deserts are wonderful.

Great experience at this Riverside location. It was busy but service was quick and efficient.

Sat in the bar area during happy hour. Was not very crowded on a Monday. Service was great and the food was good a always.

We had very large (11 total) party- server & service were outstanding! Food was above what I recall for Red Robin - BRAVO! And endless garlic AND sweet potatoe fries? ! Left satisfied on all realms!

Front desk acknowledged us as we walked in. We were seated right away. Server got our order a few minutes after sitting down. Food was delicious and hot. Can't never go wrong with endless fries. Overall it's never been a disappointment

BLT croissant how could you go wrong with that with endless Fry's. And a pretty waitress.

Our waitress was really good and she did a very good job as it seemed as if she was the only one working.

Very nice thanks could have been a little more attentive to us but most spent time looking for our server. Food was good thanks

Don't normally give fives, on anything, but this place is just so consistent with nice people and fast service and the food is great

Our server was very nice and courteous. He was very understanding with our multiple delays in ordering and then the constant request for refills. I will definitely be returning to this particular restaurant

3 separate meals ordered, kids meals are perfectly portioned and come with refills, but we're not needed.

It was a really nice place to come here with my deaf friends and my mom and brother. We'll be coming back here because the service was great!
