Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, Riverbank CA

I have been here many times and have enjoyed the food most of the servers are attentive but all in all a nice experience. Only one thing that I have a peeve about is the tables, chairs and menus were all sticky from poor cleaning clothes.

Update tables are still dirty floors are just as bad.
Update its even worse the chairs stick to the carpets which are soaked from drinks being spilled over the years

Mngr Laura had a horrible attitude towards us when it was the kitchen that was having the problem! 2 meals arrived (1 wrong) then other 2 meals didn’t come for another 10 minutes. Tortillas on wraps were hard, sweet potato fries were cold. We were never asked about refills or bottomless option refills

While I'm still at work, I place my order, and it is ready by the time I get there. Crispy chicken and French fries are my #1. Even to go orders, the fries are crispy, and everything is still hot time I get home.

Great food and super friendly and professional staff. Everything was great! You can tell it’s ran very well.

Good food and service. Wife and I sat in the bar area. Bartender waited on us and we did not feel rushed. It was not busy. Bacon avocado burger was tasty and cooked right.

Kid brought out the food to a table next to us and dropped it all over the ground and food went all over my nieces back nothing was ever said to her about the mess service was slow and food was cold went for my daughters birthday told her never again it was so bad

Great food, great service. Shake was delish, burger was perfect, onions rings crispy and hot.

I would like to say i was unpleased with how i was misinformed about something so little that could have been resolved differently. I was told over the phone that i could bring in my cake and could be hold in fridge but then when i got there the host said no, which was a liability issue which i understand but that wasn’t my problem i was told yes. And i also didn’t like how the host was giving me attitude and faces the whole time instead of trying to resolve the issue. You guys need to do better at who you put in the front while handling customers.
Then later to found out that i could bring my cake inside to my table? That was very upsetting, if i was told that from the beginning i would have been fine but instead of the host trying de-escalate the situation, she wanted to argue with me.

Had one of the best waiters! Very happy with my visit but VERY unhappy the massive burger is off the menu! Shame on you Red Robin! I will be continuously complaining about that it’s the only burger I’ve been getting for years

Took my family to lunch to celebrate some birthdays. Food was good for the most part. Somewhat disappointed that cole slaw had no dressing and onion straws were caramelized strings, not crunchy batter coated like we remembered them. Service was average. We saw our waiter once after he took our order. No drink or side refills were even offered

Enjoy a family night out so many choices of food and gourmet burgers. Garlic fries were Really good and tower of Onion rings

Sat for 30 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. The server only came by twice and we had to hunt her down multiple times for refills. Waited for 25 mins for our check only to find her chatting at the bar. Worst service we ever had and we are always going here but will not be back. Thank you for a terrible waste of money.

I was told there would be a wait. I gave them my name & waited about 7 minutes before a family of 3 came in & they were immediately seated. I waited another 7 minutes before I met the manager who couldn’t tell me if there was a dress code. He told me it was because of a change of shift. Once I FINALLY SEATED, the waitress gave me great service. I don’t know if it was because they were skinny or I didn’t shave but this shouldn’t have happened. I wish I could have left 0 stars

Having lunch with my aunt she had the blt croissant which was delicious and I ordered a burger patty with cheese and grilled onions because I order bariatric friendly.
Great job red robin riverbank. Absolutely delicious and great service.

This is a review from a few weeks ago, we came here to have dinner after our son's graduation and it was BUSY but all of the staff members were AWESOME! I truly want to thank you all who worked the evening of May 25th! They stayed passed their normal hours to accommodate to our giant group because we did wait for over an hour to be seated but it was worth it! There were 2 other large groups there as well but they treated us ALL very well! I was very impressed! We have always loved this location but this trip made us have more respect for the employees here! Thank you very much for a great experience and helping make our sons graduation even better!
