Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center reviews
7The visitor center has a good deal of exhibits and situated right next to a beautiful campground that gets you up and close to the rock formations; there are a number of easy trails nearby - $6 parking fee which is well worth it
Here you were well informed on the topic. A nice place outside the park was also mentioned, which we then visited. Photos will be posted
Beautiful place! No ceilings on bathrooms though but I don’t really find that a problem lol
Interesting displays, helpful staff. The park itself is beautiful, amazing rock formations.
A rather nice little park for an afternoon hike, we went there to see the filming locations of the film Jurassic Parc which is located on the "Red Rock Cliffs Nature Trail".

Amazing place to visit and hike. Just be careful about how far up and off trail you go. Me and my friend went pretty high up and lost our trail up. It was pretty terrifying getting down another way. It was close to sunset, and we were getting nervous, but we did find a relatively easy path down that didn't involve much free hand rock climbing. Maybe some signs to discourage people from going off trail? Or clearly marked trails would be nice lol
We had a really good time, I loved this place. The guy in the visitor center was really nice and helpful. The nature trail was worth going to the top to look at it from a higher perspective. There are no hook-ups for RV, but there are restrooms and water fountains.
