For the price it was awesome. Very clean rooms. The location had alot of homeless and drugies walking around. Wife didn't feel safe walking to car. For the price it's hard to beat. Rooms were very very clean. I definitely recommend trying them but be careful walking around after hours

Wish I never stay here we have bed bugs now they were rude to us look like they didn't even clean the room. Nothing like pictures. Go down road some pay little more for better room and nicer people.

This place worst place to stay your better off sleeping in a bush it be cleaner then here.

Electronic key reader.tap, tap, tap, blah blah! Took over 5min to open door-numerous times during stay. Employees were very friendly, but owner was stone faced and interrupted the desk clerk in middle of our checking in.saw him a few more times and Nothing.

My father in law just tried to go here and was turn away he is down there for cancer treatment needed an affordable place to stay for months and they refused him because he's from susanville ca like what kinda place is that horrible they refuse someone who is sick. He found really good place down road that was really nice and giving him discount because of him having to be down there for so long for cancer treatment. Shake my head to this place turning someone away because they live in small quit town in mountain. His a major Christian man too.

I showed up frome Susanville have Radiation done I had reservations. An they said people from Susanville can't stay there. So I had find other place.

My house burned to the ground this was the only cost efficient option for our family. I am an ER nurse, my husband is a combat veteran. I was just looking for a room that I could have all 4 of my children with me, we finally found one and were told that we couldn't stay because we were local. We are no longer local if we are technically homeless. This place is crazy. There were super sketchy people in the parking lot as well, I was already iffy because of earlier reviews but thought it was worth it to be able to see all my children at once when I woke up all night. I wouldn't recommend.

There rooms where every clean. They where every nice people. I would book a nother at there hotel.

The room is dirty, door handles are disgustingly sticky, the floor is sticky and the shower doesn't work. The blanket has some green boogers stuck to it. A neighbor dog did its business right in front of my door and the property manager saw it but no one seem to care. Nice place if you want a homeless camp immersive experience.

Proably will stay here again, great price clean rooms and good amenities, nice location, grocery store right next door. Enjoyed my stay.

Very Beautiful motel, the rooms are extremely nice and very clean. The price was a wonderful surprise. I'd stay there anytime I can. Restaurant next door and Safeway store right across the street. Very good location.

I really wasn't impressed with this motel at all. Before giving us back our $100.00 deposit that we gave for the room, the guy that checked us out stated I had apparently gotten lipstick or some kind of makeup on the sheet that was on the bed which is funny because I didn't put any makeup on except for clear lipgloss.none and the stain was like pink apparently. We never saw it til my friend went back upstairs w the employee but apparently we should of seen it and we didn't put the stain there.my friend was like so we are screwed out of our $100.00 because you have to use bleach when you wash it? And finally they gave us the money.if your really keeping people's deposit due to people getting stains on bedding that's not okay, it's supposed to be for the room, to cover any damage. We didn't cause any damage, so should of been returned to us no questions asked. I imagine stains on bedding and bath towels are common. I feel the motel wanted to keep our $100 deposit but could tell we weren't going to let them without an argument. Careful if you stay there.

Our stay at Red Roof Inn, Redding CA, started off with a great over the phone interaction with the manager, Tony. He was very thorough and accommodating, making sure to answer all of our questions well.

We checked in and everything was great. The rooms are all newly remodeled with modern furnishings. The room felt clean and comfortable, especially for the price point. (We paid $75 on a Thursday + $86 Friday).

There were a few things we wish were different. First being a clogged toilet that required a plunger (not our doing, the room came this way, yuck.) Secondly, the front desk staff was not very knowledgeable or engaging when asked a number of questions. Lastly, our room keys required that we went back to the front desk every new day of our stay in order to function. (Inefficient)

The value of our stay here made it worth our time. The location was about a 15 minute walk downtown, Safeway was right across the street, & there are even electric bikes you can rent across the street as well. Oh, and last but not least, PETS STAY FREE so we were extra happy to save the typical $30+ fee there.

One level higher than a Motel8 due to the remodeling and its furniture's being newer / modern style. I noticed that the duvet cover had multiple stains and the room had that old motel cigarettes' smell.

I got to my room and it was hot and smelled like a wet dog and cigarettes, then I sat on the bed and the comforter was soaking wet which made my entire back side wet. I went to the front desk and tried to get my money back and they refused. They took me to a new room which ALSO smelled like cigarettes. They still refused to refund my money and cancel my reservation. I have never had such horrible service nor have I been the one punished for the rooms being smelly. I cannot believe they would not reimburse me for the disgusting rooms.

Roach infestation, refused to give me a refund. I checked in, went to the room, left the room, no refund. Spots on sheets.

I ate the cost and moved hotels
