Poor customer service, the young girl working there seemed a little more interested in chatting with her bf who was in the store then selling shoes.

This place is awesome! Staff are friendly. Every time I go in there they treat me well. Very rare to find this kind of customer service anymore.

Went one day during the week to trade in my boots because the warranty still had not expired yet and I knew it still didn’t expire. The blond girl working there didn’t show me any respect at all she was nothing but rude. I told her I had warranty on the boots and needed new ones. She looked up my warranty on the computer and then turned and told me that the warranty is only for defects on the boots, not when its something I had cause for the boots to get ruined. “from factory” is the words she used. Then I said that it was funny because I’ve always had them replaced with no questions asked by the other guy named bob. Then all she had to say was that the warranty was over anyway. I walked out of the store. As soon as I got home I checked the receipt from the boots and discovered that I still had 2 weeks left on the warranty! So I came back on a Saturday and bob took care of me with not a single problem like he always does. I would give 1 star if it wasn’t for him.

My company has voucher system set up with several companies including redwing boots. I walked in to the store with my voucher and the blond woman with a lisp asked to see it. She said it wasn't filled out completely. I told her I understand that, can I please look at some boots. I wandered around a little in the store looking and the she began again to tell me it wasn't completed. I again told her I understand and not to worry I could get the information needed. Then I again said I would like to look at some boots. She once again started with the same thing, at this point I walked over to her desk where she was still seated and took my voucher back. Then I said I understand what your saying but don't worry I can get the info. I want to look at some boots. Once again she proceeded to tell me the info was important at which point I turned and headed for the door. I told my partner let's go and she wished me a good afternoon as I left. I have never been to a shoe store where the service was so bad. She literally would not get off her butt to help me. Our voucher is good for $200 and I have been buying redwings for 13 years. I know English is her primary language but I was unable to communicate my intentions to her. Terrible service I guess I have to go to another vendor.

Bob was Awesome in his service helping me. Had me in and out in no time. Offered me UPS shipping to my home since i lived out of town. I highly recommend this store to everybody. Thanks Bob

They know answers to specific questions about boots. Spoke to Jamie, and every question I asked, technical and non, was answered. I recommend this shop, and these boots. I only purchase 2412 model. This model seems to be better quality than most others. On average, this boot will last around 3 years.

Boots only lasted a couple months. They were highly recommended but they didn’t last for me at all. All I do is dig, nothing to crazy. Pretty let down. Had to spend more money to get them fixed so we’ll see how that goes. But at this point, I’m looking for a new pair of boots. These red wings will become my back up pair.

The manager of the store is AMAZING. Him and my husband talked for over an hour and he went above and beyond with customer service.

Called in to ask a simple question concerning store supplies and if they carried boots that I was looking for. The staff was very rude and openly mocked me for asking the question before hanging up.
