Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Dropped of some Irish Setters for a resole, and exchanged a pair. They made the return painless. I will continue to buy boots at this store.
Unbelievably poor service with 4 employees on the floor. Unbelievable. We ended up going to the Burbank location and bought a pair there. Burbank had 1 employee, the store was filled up with twice as much customers, and the service from that employee was phenomenal. He sized everyone up, answered calls, made trips to the back several times to grab boots, and interacted with us all genuinely and humanely. McDonald's employees have better customer service skills than the employees we encountered at Pasadena Red Wing today.
