4I went in for a pair of boots and wound up buying the new boa high top shoes
Stephanie greeted me when I entered. I told her I wanted another pair of boots exactly like the pair I brought in. They were in stock. I tried on the new pair and they were fine. The store honored a $100 voucher plus my 15% corporate discount. Stephanie was quite pleasant to work with.
Took my boots in for a cleaning, and the girl did an excellent job, and even took the time to put my laces on in a special way that I do it! Very friendly. They now have a new machine that you walk across to measure your foot and pressure points.
Husband needed new work boots and we decided he needed to invest in a better quality boot since the ones he wore before didn't last and made his legs hurt.
We got there about 30 minutes after they opened for the day, and we were greeted by all 3 staff members, they gave us time to look around and then checked in after we had made a "lap" around the store.
The associate who helped us, was very knowledgeable and super patient. She gave recommendations but wasn't pushy nor did she try to rush us. It was an exceptional experience, one I wasn't prepared for. I really had no idea what to expect but it blew any expectations I had, for a shoe store, out of the water.
