Red Wing - National City, CA

It was a great experience as always, this is my third set of RedWings and this was by far the best experience. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two sales reps. But I was helped by Ariana, she answered all my questions I had from all the products I was interested in. My foot was measured once again and was fitted to the boot I was looking for although it wasn’t in stock she immediately jumped on the computer and ordered it for. I was also informed on that my boots were delivered.

Had gone in too get a new pair of work boots was unsure of which size I needed or wanted and the staff had no problems getting every size I asked for and even ordered in the one I needed from another store

It's a nice place where you can find shoes for work, and the clerks are nice and courteous.

I always enjoy wearing Red Wings boots and insoles. There is great history in Red Wings dedication to the working people. It’s reflected in the quality comfort and protection of the product. Worth the money, you get what you pay for.

Picked up two pairs of Red Wing boots and liners. The shoes fit well and after a long day of working in my feet, my feet don’t hurt.

It was my first time at Red Wing, and I was greeted by a slaves woman who was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all my questions and was patient with me. I tried on 3 different boots before deciding. I also purchased sole's and socks. I didn't get her name but it was at the National City store in San Diego, Monday April 17th in the evening at 6 pm. I hope she getss recognized for her help

For nearly a decade, I've been purchasing Timberland boots for work. Recently, I was recommended to try Red Wing and was told about their Orto insoles. I decided to give them a try, and I am thoroughly impressed. Despite being a small store, they have a great selection of high-quality boots and other accessories like gloves and belts. While they were quite pricey (close to $300 for a pair of boots with special insoles for flat feet), I am happy with my purchase so far. The boots feel great. I would like to give the store and the boots 5 stars for their quality and exceptional customer service. In six months' time, I will update this review to reflect how the boots have held up in my work environment

Fast and friendly service. In and out with but service and repair.

Came in on a Saturday evening just before closing time and was helped by Ariana. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and requests. She did not make us feel rushed at all even though it was a couple of minutes past closing time. She also told us about all the complimentary services offered if you purchase work boots here! There are amazing perks to buying here! Would totally recommend anyone to check them out!
