Our Raptor seemed to be having electric issues and was pulling to one side. We were recommended to Redhawk Auto Service by a friend who was also happy with the repairs he had from them in his car. We are absolutely thrilled with the speed and cost of the services we received for our truck! Jessica made scheduling a very speedy process. She communicated the needed repairs and costs in a very understandable manner. Costs were much much less than we assumed they were going to be and the entire experience was great! It’s so relieving to find a great shop for all of our vehicles! Thanks so much to Jessica and the rest of the staff at RedHawk Auto Services!

Redhawk was able to get me in on a Saturday close to closing time and diagnosed my problem and fix it VERY quickly! They saved me a ton of time and money. I will be returning for sure!

Filled out quote form online but no one called or emailed me. They finally reached out to me and explained they could not find my request. I will change my rating due to the fact they reached out even though I do not need their service.

They did a good job but way overpriced. Took my jeep in for change on coolant fluid, transmission fluid, and rear differential fluid change and they charged $170 in labor for each service. TO CHANGE FLUIDS. They have a nice report about what needed fixing but won’t be coming back.

Called ahead to confirm my vw could be serviced for a simple oil change. They said, diesel maintence is no problem.
Took my car there and after watching people come and go, I asked why it's taking so long for my car - turns out they didn't have my filter on hand. Really? ! I called ahead and you didn't think to tell me over the phone that filter is out of stock and needs to be ordered.completely inconsiderate of my time.
So an hour and a half later they finished.yikes, way too long for a simple oil change.

Oh but wait, it gets worst.

The next morning while I was driving out of town, the check engine light goes on.seriously? !
Of course, I called Redhawk right away but all I got was excuses and reasons why it couldn't be related - really, you just had my car a few hours prior!
On the road and forced to find a vw specialist on my route.the code reason was due to the air intake duct being completely disconnected.
Wow, super tacky - they removed that to reach my vw filter and just left it disconnected!

I wish that was the last of it. Nope, the engine light returns.again the possible reasons for that code is also linked to poor handling of my car for a simple service. Of course, I tried to get more details from Redhawk about the '30 point inspection' that goes with the oil change but they insisted no mistakes were made on their end - which is absoultely ridiculous because my car didn't have check engine light issues until it was serviced by Redhawk. Just take responsibility and make the problem right!

A simple oil change gone horribly wrong.at a shop where supposedly "diesel service is no problem". Very frustrating and a huge waste of time and money.

Brandon and his team are fantastic. They fixed my 1985 Toyota van without any problems and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t necessary. Very hard to find a mechanic like that nowadays.

Brandon saved me thousands below other businesses and dealer estimates by simply evaluating and removing codes that were locking up my vehicle computer and draining the battery. He demonstrated a genuine concern in finding my car’s issues and correcting them. Don’t pass up Redhawk’s professional and efficient services!

Had an oil change which was done in a very timely manner. Everyone was very nice, Jessica is the person behind the counter and gave outstanding customer service. I will return for future services. The owner came by and introduced himself. I left with a very good feeling. I highly recommend

Service was ok, oil change cost about $40 more than previous garage. Was not happy that I had an appointment yet someone who came in after me, asking if they could get an oil change, was finished and gone before me

I want to give this company 5 stars! I would give more if I could! They were honestly so easy to work with and my service was done in under an hour! I have personally worked In the auto industry as an advisor myself, and I understand the pressure and stress that comes with the job, and they were so incredibly graceful and both Advisors worked perfectly together as a team! When my advisor was unable to assist me, Brandon jumped right in with a fantastic attitude and was willing to help. When I picked up my vehicle and paid for the service, my Advisor was sooooo kind and she did not show an ounce of stress or frustrations even when she was trying to multitask multiple customers, and it can definitely be hard to and stressful to balance, and she did it so gracefully and with a smile on her face and that is hard to find! They won my business for life for both my Mazda and Jeep! Awesome awesome business! Keep up the fantastic work you guys!

My car needed a lot of work and they gave me a fair price! At the time my paycheck couldn’t cover it all so I was able to use their financing program to pay for my repairs before I ended up selling it. I just bought a new car and I will always use Redhawk Auto Service on Jefferson in murrieta for my repairs and maintenance from now on!

As a first time customer, I went to get an alignment at Redhawk to return and recieve only pictures of other items to be fixed on my truck and requested over $2700 for $100 parts? ! Redhawk sends their work reports electronically which should have had my alignment before and after worked performed specs, which in my case, it did not. I requested from them multiple times via phone, texts and emails for copies of my Official before and after specs of the alignment work performed and still no response at all! Upon further inspection, I noticed that the front camber bolts I marked were never moved nor adjusted! Meaning work was never performed! Customers PLEASE BE AWARE!
