They can do anything here. We take Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin, and Michael Kors in for repair or cleaning and they do a perfect job every single time. Well worth the time and effort to come here. Our only stop for shoe repairs.

I took a pair of hockey gloves and asked if they could repair them. They assured me they could do what I was asking but when I picked them up they were ruined.
Also not impressed with the work boot repair.

They fixed the insole of my boot at a fraction of the cost I thought it was going to be! They did an awesome job too!

I take all of my shoes here and they are nice people and have good prices. I think it's great they stay open until 6: 00 pm, really appreciate that.

The owners are friendly and very helpful. When they cannot fill a request they are honest. They repaired my shoes and repaired a zipper on a purse.

Asked if they had blue dye for my shoes, the guy said yes it on the shelf, isn't there and it's blue paste not dye. Drove all the way to Redlands from Ontario to find out he misinformed me. Bye bye $50 gas.

When the seam of my motorcycle saddlebag top got opened they stated it was an easy fix, this is what they did and still charged me.

I rarely if ever write reviews but I absolutely appreciate this store. I have an old watch that I love and it has a leather band that tore from several places and several watch stores gave up on it and told me to just throw it away until I thought about this shop and they absolutely gave the watch a new life with their intricate suturing and repairing my band and just for $6

Terrible. I brought my dog leash in to have the stiching repaired, but they did a terrible job. First they weren't sure they could do it, which was pretty suspect. Second, when they finished it, the stiching wasn't straight, or uniform. It looks like a child did the work. Sad.

I remember my mom taking my shoes there to be resold, in the 50s, stopping by their and getting taps on my shoes, memories.

Given a long history of working with another shoe repair/custom leather work shop before moving out here, this spot has A+ craftsmanship, prices, speediness, and customer service! (I can't say the same about other local shops) I'll be returning again soon! Thank you so much!

Had a great experience my cowboy boots needed a new heal and he polish them to look brand new!
