The chiropractor put my neck insevere pain by continuing to shift my neck to the same adjustable state more than once on each side.
When I came back to complain I was charged 30$. For united universe to do acupunture. Not on my neck where he gave me pain but my back. It was useless. The chiropractic should have covered it.
Unsafe.

Went in for an adjustment and a 60 minute massage and I came out feeling worse than when I went in. The adjustment took a whole 5 minutes. The massage was horrible. There was nothing relaxing about it. It was in a brightly lit room filled with workout equipment. I told him that my left side was bothering me and he literally only massaged my left side. He used some type of cold metal massager on my shoulder. He dug so deep that I was in tears. He noticed that it was bothering me so switched to a massage gun which wasn't any better. He rarely used his hands. It's been a few days since the massage and I can not turn my head to the left without being in pain. Headaches and nausea. Nothing is helping. Definitely not worth the $310.

I’ve been coming here off and on for about 15 years now doctors are Dr. Cole & Dr. Gentry are both awesome!
They spend time with me to see what areas of my body need to be adjusted and areas of concern.
I’ve had two knee surgeries, suffered from sciatic nerve pain and a pinched nerve in my neck.
I wish my schedule allowed me to go more during the week because I would be there all the time! I drive clear from Riverside to Redlands just for these doctors because there excellent!
I’ve done the acupuncture and it’s wonderful. It helps my pitch nerve, sciatic pain, & lower back pain.
The front desk staff are very professional and able to handle all the patients quickly!
I love the antiques and decor in the patient rooms. The restrooms are clean and always have plenty of supplies.
All employees practice Covid-19 safety measures.

Dr. Cole and his team are great and super friendly. I always come out feeling a lot better.

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to. The lobby area is crowded with a lot of activity making this place less than relaxing. The doctor spent around10 minutes with me. They also try to up sell you on their other treatments. Then I went to a different building for massage therapy. What a joke. The massage table was set up in a room loaded with supplies. This should have been a relaxing area. Soft music and aromatherapy would have been nice. The young girl didn't seem to know what she was doing and just kept repeating the same motions over and over again. Worst massage I've ever been subjected to. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

The staff are very nice. The atmosphere is calming and Dr. Gallegos is very personable and a great chiropractor.

I received exception care from Redlands Chiropractic today. I highly recommend Dr. King. The staff are always efficient and professional.

I have nothing but glowing reviews for my visit. A friend recommended I stop by and I'm so very glad she did. Dr Hipara was kind, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The PT team was also well adept at making the whole experience comfortable. 10/10

Had been bothering me for a week and a co-worker recommended I go here to address my back pain.

I decided to make an appointment here based on a referral and the reviews. My first appointment was 3 days ago.

The pros: I was able to make a same day appointment, they take my insurance, Dr. King was kind, explained rationales for different types of treatment, as well as explaining the cause of pain, and I did feel some relief from the adjustment.

Dr. King I'd two adjustments and sent me back to the treatment area. He told me that I'd be going home with an ice pack and informed the girl in the back to make sure I go home with one. I then had an e-stim with ultrasound treatment for 5 minutes.

The cons: front desk not as genuinely friendly, not being directed where to go after my treatment, office is too full to practice social distancing, I did not receive the ice pack I was told I would, I was not told the ice pack would be $8, Cathy texted me the following day to follow up on my appointment and I told her about the ice pack and she did not mention there would be a charge and to pick it up at my earliest convenience, and I went back today to get the ice pack and the front desk personnel did not have the best customer service.

The cons outweighs the pros for me, and based on that, I will not be making another appointment here. Everyone has different experiences. I'm just sharing mine. And it's great if your experience has been better and this place works for you. I will be going to another chiropractic office to manage my back pain.

Girls at front desk are awesome. Everything is very nice and clean. Dr Chintu Hirpara is the best chiropractor I ever seen. I definitely recommend Dr Hirpara to all my friends and family

This place is NOT taking the CDC and County Covid-19 guidelines seriously! Do NOT bother to make an appointment! Sadly, they are turning a blind eye and NOT reminding patients to social distance when in their small office and allowing patients to opt out of wearing a mask in their facility! One patient was standing in the hall "big as life" speaking loudly to one of the doctors without a mask! Another patient was dry coughing all over the PT room also without a mask and forcing one of my family members (who was already on a physical therapy table) to be right next to their mask-less coughing patient. Now one of my family members (who has been quarantining) has Covid-19 symptoms that developed a few days after their last appointment at this reckless place. If you don't want to wear a mask, this place is for you! Simply lie and tell the employees that you are "medically exempt" If you are educated, respectful toward others and if you actually care what the CDC and County Health Dept guidelines are, please DO NOT GO TO THIS RISKY PLACE FOR CHIROPRACTIC CARE! IF on the other hand, you're one of those ignorant, "I got my rights", anti-masker types who thinks Covid-19 isn't real, you are welcome to spread the virus here!

Definitely recommend this place! I’ve had several visits now for my knee and back and Dr. Wagner and all the staff have been amazing to work with. I always feel comfortable when I go. Also if you don’t have insurance they are very reasonable pricing.

If your willing to put in the work and be persistent in whatever effort level your at this staff cares and is knowledgeable and willing to guide you in the direction to get your body healed and better! My back still has issues but I know know how to manage the pain and strengthen my weakness! Awesome facility!

Dr. Wagner is awesome! I have been dealing with a throbbing, sharp, needlelike pain for over 7 years. After my first visit today the pain is at A 2 on a scale from 1 to 10. I feel amazing!

Dr. Cole and Dr. Chavez are both wonderful. They can deal with my extremely messed up neck. The staff are friendly and professional. They also take walk-ins! If I'm having a lot of pain, I can just go and get seen very quickly.
